Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located, bright ocean-view condo. Just minutes from the Seabus, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, grocery stores, and parks—no car needed. A bus stop and Uber pickup are right out front.
Perfect for one or two guests visiting for the World Cup or simply enjoying the city at its best during sunny weather and special events. A minimum 3-month stay is required. Whether or not you occupy the unit the entire time, the condo is exclusively yours from May 1st to July 31st; can customize dates between April 1st-September 31st but must be 89 nights total. Quiet, respectful guests only.
The Space
The unit features a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. Includes a Bosch washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry closet, a fully stocked kitchen, brand-new kitchen and bathroom, and full internet with an OLED smart TV.
Guest Access
The building has a gym, though several world-class gyms are also within walking distance and may be better suited for drop-in access. Guests receive a front-door building key and a private personal door code.
Other Things to Note
This is a quiet, well-maintained 3-storey building with 15 units. Neighbors are friendly, respectful, and calm. The condo is a top-floor, center, south-facing unit.
