Cute cottage. Very close to Lynn Canyon park. Good bed and coffee. The only improvement is ligting. There is not a cozy feeling. The super bright lights make it feel like an interrogation room.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home staying at this property. Check-in went smoothly, and Mayra offered to make up the extra bed for us since we would be arriving late, which was very much appreciated. It was the perfect set up for our short stay in North Vancouver!

Lovely stay in a beautiful area
Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed including quality mountain bikes. The property is close to an amazing trail system and is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and groceries are all close by. We visited Squamish and Shannon falls, again this place is close to everything!The hosts were very responsive and answered our numerous questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The host was very quick to respond on all contacts. The suite was very clean and quiet. A few steep stairs to enter if you have mobility issues . Close to hiking trails and bike routes. Parking is a bit tight on the street, but not a busy road so its ok . I recomend this suite to anyone .

Beautiful location, a short easy walk from several popular trails and 15-20 min walk from village centre. Very welcoming space. Super clean, good instructions and easy to find. Host was helpful and quick to answer messages. Only two nitpicks are: we had some difficulty parking since the road is already packed with cars and also would have liked some more smaller lamps in the main room (bedside lamps or similar) since the ceiling lights are incredibly bright and the windows don't let in much light this time of year.

The parking ebbs and flows on this street and we understand that sometimes it can be challenging to find a space in front of the property. We considered making a dedicated parking space but local bylaws and drastically changing the esthetics of the property made this option undesirable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Extra lights - That is possible and we will look into purchasing some.

The location was perfect for all the outdoor activities we wanted to experience in North Vancouver. You can easily walk to Lynn Canyon. Mayra and Randy we’re wonderful hosts and allowed us to store our bikes on a rack, charge our EV car, and welcomed us with a yummy fruit bread. The bedroom was nice and dark for a great sleep. Beautiful garden with fountain.

Parking on the street is inconvenient as owners routinely had 2-3 cars in the driveway. While a guest can park on the driveway, that vehicle would have to be moved to the street to allow owners vehicles out of the driveway.

We try to be as clear and transparent as possible in our listing, which notes that while guests are welcome to park in the driveway, the car may occasionally need to be moved to allow us to get in and out. We understand this may not be as convenient as having a dedicated space, but we do our best to make it work smoothly for everyone.

PRO: Quiet suburb close to nature / hikes/ tourist attractions.Good size.
CON: Cluter. Could be cleaner. Used as spare storage space by owners. (empty boxes pilled up in kitchen and on top of dresser.). Eclectic taste. No designated parking.
