The Space:

CedarStay’s new owner is an acclaimed interior designer who has personally curated a full refurbishment. Luxury and attention to our guest experience has been considered in every area of this home including the addition of a new cedar spa and a large outdoor deck/ garden offering areas for alfresco living and dining. The complete refurbishment includes an updated kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture, carpets, curtains and artwork from local artists throughout.



The living area opens onto a fully fenced, sun-soaked garden and outdoor entertaining deck. Soak in the brand new cedar spa, relax on the outdoor sofas, fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco meals with the outdoor dining setting under the stars.



o Kitchen – a generous and very well-equipped designer kitchen with integrated fridge/ freezer, Fisher & Paykel gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, curated tea selection, Nutribullet and underfloor heating

o Dining – generous table setting for 6 guests

o Living – unwind in front of the fireplace with a glass of local wine, or enjoy a movie on the wall mounted smart TV and sound bar, double glass doors can be opened right up for a seamless flow to the outdoor living space or enjoy the heat pump/ air conditioning for year round comfort

o Bedrooms – beautifully decorated, each bedroom has its own panel heater and electric blankets to keep you warm in winter, plus quilted coverlets and 100% NZ wool throws

o The spacious master bedroom is filled with natural light, opening directly into the deck and spa, with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

o The two guest bedrooms share the main bathroom, also with underfloor heating, heated towel rails and a bathtub.

o CedarStay offers flexible sleeping options:

• Simply state your bedding preference at the time of booking

Guest Access:

Self check-in using the digital keypad on the front door. Guests are requested to arrive before 9pm on the day of arrival to ensure we can offer assistance where required.



The Neighborhood:

Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.



Getting Around:

Located a few minutes drive from the heart of Queenstown and 10mins from the airport. Taxi's cost approx $5 into Queenstown.



Other Things to Note:

For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. For additional servicing, request prior to arrival, charges apply. At no cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.



This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.



Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season.
