BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. During your stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - electric kettle - toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Samsung 40` TV with Google TV and a remote, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. This is not a smart TV and does not have access to local/free-to-air channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The apartment comes with 1 designated car space. Additionally, paid parking is available on Allara Street or at the Commonwealth Pool car park.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You’ll have access to the building’s pool, gym, yoga room, library, common garden, and rooftop. The cinema and rooftop gazebo are available to guests via QR code booking at the building’s entry points. A bike storage room is also provided for your convenience; bikes and locks must be provided by guests.
The common areas are managed by building management and can be closed without prior notice. We try our best to provide the most accurate information. Please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
