Welcome to Sandstorm, your ideal beach retreat just a block and a half from the ocean. Perfect for large families and groups of friends, this expansive, dog-friendly home offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed for comfort, fun, and effortless coastal living.

Spread across three levels, Sandstorm provides a variety of entertainment areas:
Main-floor living room — bright, open, and perfect for gathering
Ground-floor den with TV
Game room featuring a Foosball table
Outdoor living spaces: charming front porch, sundeck with built-in seating, grilling area, and an enclosed outdoor shower
Dining & Kitchen Spaces
The main floor brings everyone together:

Extra table on the sunporch for dining or games
Fully equipped kitchen for group cooking

With multiple gathering areas, private nooks for downtime, and indoor/outdoor amenities, Sandstorm is designed to host large groups with ease. Being so close to the beach — and welcoming pets — this home is perfect for relaxing, memorable seaside vacations.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a Keurig Coffee maker, 2 Refrigerators, and a turntable with Speakers. Enclosed Outside hot/cold Shower, Fenced Back Yard, Picnic Table, Foosball Table. Dog Friendly with applicable fees. No Smoking
Housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available at the last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and the Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of the rent) will be refunded.
