Lovely home in a great location on Pawleys! My family had a great time staying here for a week in August. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great location!

Location was fantastic! Communication with owner/property manager was seamless; recommendations for places to eat and activities in area were spot on as well! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great house, 10 mins from Caledonia, True Blue, Pawley’s Plantation, Heritage Club. Host was great and very responsive.

Classic Pawleys Beach House

We enjoyed our stay! Prime location at the North end of the island. The home is a quick walk to the beach and a stones throw to the creek. The home is very cozy and welcoming.

Pawley’s Holiday Stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at for a long weekend! Amazing proximity to the beach and to all things we needed off the island. Great space for a group with kids (the toy basket was a nice added touch) - we would absolutely rent again in the future! Thank you, Anna!

Perfect Location!

Our stay at Gardenia for spring break was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and very well-appointed. The kids loved the ping pong table on the ground floor! Although not directly on the water, the house was truly just steps away from the public beach access (which felt more like a private beach). We used local company Seaside Chairs & Umbrella to set up a tent and chairs each morning and I highly recommend them - it was such a relief to crest the dune each day and see our chairs already there, so we could start our beach day right away. It was a wonderful trip, and we would absolutely come back for another stay.

Overall good experience. Finding the key was bit of a challenge initially. I was looking for a key pad type situation. Friends said not enough supplies like paper towels, needed better cookware etc., little things like that, so nothing major.

There is a keypad right on the doorknob! Also we leave paper towels to get you started but not enough to use indefinitely. I’ll do another inventory of the cookware to make sure that stays top notch.

Refreshing Stay

It was so nice to walk into a clean house, with fresh linens and towels, cleaning essentials, working lights, and all the other things that the big realty companies on Pawleys do not offer or even attempt to. The best surprise was the downstairs--we did not use it, but we walked through and quickly saw that it was not only livable, but just as nice and clean as the upstairs rooms! Hardwood floors, nice beds and linens, and clean surfaces--not a bug or infamous palmetto bug in sight!! We sure hope to return--thank you Anna.

Property was double booked

When we arrived at the property, we found that it had been double booked. I reached out first to the property manager, then to the owner. We were able to secure a second location, but zero out of ten stars. Would not recommend.

I am so sorry that this happened. It was a software (calendar sync) issue and out of my control. I did however rebook you immediately into a bigger, better and more expensive property which I paid $600 extra out-of-pocket for (this was secured by me, booked by me, under my name, not you).

We had a great time visiting Pawley’s Beach for a family wedding. We were two families with 4 kids ages 10-12 and Grandma. Walk to the beach was easy and close. We had instacarted 5 beach/camp chairs and bought a skim board and football. We left them there thinking maybe future guests could use, hopefully that was ok. The boys loved the skim board. Beach was beautiful and great for morning runs. Was May when we visited so water was cold but kids didn’t seem to care. There were two separate entrances with their own access and house accommodated 9 of us just fine. We were mostly out and about for our short stay doing family wedding things. The porch was great for breakfast and hanging out. The outdoor shower was nice to clean off all the sand before going inside and even had hot water. We brought our own shampoo but toiletries were provided in all the bathrooms. We went to the Quad For dinner and music. They had bags and arcade stuff there and a food truck. We also went to a cute shopping center in town. Can’t think of any complaints, just that we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach more. Thank you!

The house was very clean with a modern kitchen. Everything worked well. It was so easy to get to the beach on the walkway across the street. The porches were fantastic for family dinners and as a place for the kids to play. We appreciated the ping pong table on the downstairs porch and all of the kids' toys and books in the house. I would love to have another visit at the Gardenia this year!!

Comfortable house in a great location on Pawleys

We had a wonderful 5 day stay this Fall and loved this property. The bedrooms are comfortable, nice living room area and spacious kitchen. Our favorite part of the house was the large screened in side porch -- we spent mornings reading, drinking coffee and enjoying the hammock. The beach access is a short walk, right across the street. Highly recommend -- we hope to return back next year!

Great beach getaway

Our first trip to Pawley's Island and we loved it and will certainly be back. The rental was just as described with plenty of comfortable beds & areas to sit and gather for our family of 6. I loved the screened in 2nd floor patio that we enjoyed every night playing board games. The beach is a very short walk and I loved the family friendly atmosphere of the beach. Great location for our family

We really enjoyed this vacation house. It was located between the inlet and the beach on the less trafficked northern end of the island - easy walk to both. The house had a classic Pawley's Island/old beach town feel to it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our own meals.
