2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, the additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection. Pet Fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
Please note that the garage is not available for use by renters during their stay.
Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full-time residents and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance that is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00 and increase to 500.00 for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit is allowed on property at any time of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
