Welcome to this stunning five-bedroom entertaining retreat, perfectly positioned just a few metres’ stroll from the pristine sands of Silverleaves Beach. Designed for relaxed coastal living, this beautiful home is ideal for families and groups looking to unwind, entertain, and enjoy the best of Phillip Island.
Only a short drive to the shops, cafés, and restaurants of Cowes, the property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. After a day at the beach, fire up the BBQ and gather with friends and family on the expansive outdoor deck, or relax in the landscaped garden and covered outdoor areas.
Inside, the home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for year-round stays, with multiple living zones including a games room, cozy fireplace, and modern comforts throughout. Featuring five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine, iron and board, and baby-friendly amenities including a cot, high chair & Baby Safety Gate.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
