* Damage Waiver: As part of your check-in, you'll be asked to choose one of our two damage waiver options. This is a required step for all reservations and helps protect both our guests and the home during your stay.

* Guest Verification: Upload a government-issued photo ID, provide a few basic details, and let us know your estimated arrival time—similar to a hotel check-in.

* Rental Agreement: Please take a moment to review and sign our rental agreement. It outlines the house rules and important stay information to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Once these steps are complete, your door access code will be ready, and you'll be all set to enjoy your stay!

🏡 Staircase: Please note that the staircase leading to the suite is a bit steeper than average, so we kindly ask that you use extra care when going up and down.

🔑 Private Entrance: Your suite has its own private entrance, located on the left-hand side of the house. Self check-in is easy using the secure lockbox, and you'll have the space all to yourself.

🏠 A Charming Older Home: Your suite is located on the lower level of a character-filled older home. Since there's another suite above with original hardwood floors, you may occasionally hear footsteps or normal everyday movement. Most guests find the space cozy, peaceful, and comfortable, and we appreciate your understanding.
