This inviting two-bedroom home offers all the modern comforts with timeless appeal, plus a reserved off-street car park for a small to medium vehicle. Enjoy your own private garden and covered porch, a separate lounge and kitchen, and easy access to events, dining, and the city’s cultural hotspots — an ideal base for work trips, holidays, or city weekends.

This thoughtfully designed townhouse blends traditional charm with modern convenience, giving you a comfortable and relaxed place to call home while exploring Christchurch.

Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming separate lounge with a heat pump and Smart TV — perfect for unwinding after a day out. The full kitchen is set apart from the living space, making it a great spot to cook, catch up, and gather around the dining table with seating for four. A ground-floor toilet adds extra convenience.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. Each with storage and comfortable beds dressed in professionally laundered linen and towels. The full bathroom features a tiled shower and a second toilet, ideal for couples, colleagues, or small families travelling together.

Step outside to enjoy your private garden and covered porch, a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening downtime.

One dedicated car park is provided for guests. Please note car park is best suited to small-medium sized vehicles. Any larger vehicles and Ute`s will need to park on the street.

We’re local and available if you need us, but otherwise you’ll enjoy complete privacy. Our Care Property Stays team is always just a message away.

Before your arrival, we`ll provide comprehensive instructions for entering the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

Early check-ins/late checkouts are possible for an additional fee of $10 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours. This extra cost covers express cleaning and is subject to availability.

We respect your space, but we’re always close by if you need us. Our local Care Property Stays team is available to assist with questions, recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

There will be 1 allocated carpark available during your stay. Additional vehicles must park on the street or nearby paid parking. Parking is best suited to Small-medium vehicles, larger vehicles and Ute`s will need to park on the street as the allocated space will be too small.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

Urban City Sounds – This house is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren.

Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
