A phenomenal location. A lovely home. The private bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our needs beautifully. Everything still sparkled like new.

Everything was outstanding, the house is brand new and had everything one could want. The location was great, we parked our car and walked wherever we needed to go. We will definitely be back

Extra clean, very comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, shops, the lake...close to everything. Maybe better than advertised. Parking for at least 3 cars. This is the perfect place for three couples or a family to stay in NOTL. We enjoyed the front porch and the deck in back, which were furnished with top notch furniture, not always the case. Please consider staying here next time you're in town.

Communication was excellent, with responses within an hour or less. The house is beautiful and super clean. When we arrived, we found a basket of local apples, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. The location can't be beat! It's a little more than a block from Queen Street and convenient to shopping, dining and a cute grocery store. The house was remodeled 2 years ago and feels brand new, very well kept and respected by renters. We really enjoyed the front porch! We'll definitely come back!!! Thank you to Ava for being an excellent host!

Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance. We rented bikes from Tour de Vine for a day, spent the day riding on picturesque roads and visiting several beautiful wineries. This was by far one of our best girls trips ever!
