Situated in a classic Old Palmetto neighborhood with a friendly, authentic feel, this home puts you just a short stroll from the neighborhood coffee shop for your morning cup. You’re also a short drive from the historic downtown and waterfront area of Palmetto where you'll find The Riverhouse Restaurant, the perfect spot to enjoy casual dining with a waterfront view.
This bright, single-story home features vaulted ceilings, natural light, and an open living space designed for comfort. Relax on the spacious sectional, stream your favorites on the Smart TV, or gather for dinner in the dedicated dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, and everything needed for short or extended stays. A built-in workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make remote work easy. Step outside to your private backyard with mature trees, a paver patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit with Adirondack seating — perfect for relaxing evenings. Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed — ideal for weekend escapes, seasonal stays, or remote work.
Just a short 5-minute drive to downtown Palmetto’s waterfront, and about 10 minutes to Bradenton’s dining and entertainment, with the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island roughly 20–25 minutes away!
Dogs welcome with prior approval of property manager along with a $200 pet fee to be added once approved.
