Welcome to our newly remodeled 2beds/1bath 1/2 of the duplex, UNIT A - just short walk (3-5min)to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This duplex is located on a very quiet street.

Combine with the other half you can have 4 beds/2bath ! VRBO ID 2582849

Everything in this unit is brand new, new bathrooms, new flooring, new kitchen, furniture…
The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, full size oven, induction double cooktop, wine cooler ,coffeemaker, toaster and everything else that you may need for your cooking.
Open plan living room with a 60inch smart TV and a queen size sleeper sofa that offers extra sleeping options.
Plenty of games for your kids for the warm island nights. Free WIFI through the entire place.
If you like to sit outside and BBQ, a gas grill is available on the outside patio , dining table and a comfortable wicker sofa - just grab a wine glass and enjoy Florida's life.
The Master bedroom with the king size bed, smart TV
2nd bedroom with a twin size bed.
Washer and dryer is located in the unit.
We provide beach towels , beach chairs, umbrellas, cart.

We are pet friendly for additional fee.
The property is completaly fenced in.

Close to beach, restaurants and great neighborhood. Clean, cozy, good deck with large umbrella. Everything you need for the beach ready for your use. Beds are very comfortable, great sleeping. Everything worked great. Enjoyed our two week stay very much!

Such a sweet house that reminds me of old AMI with a little updated beach feel. Exactly what we needed for a simple island stay. Location is perfect. Cute and cozy.

Very clean and great location

The place was clean and such a short distance to a beach access. We walked to the beach every night for the sunset, 3 minutes or less to walk there. Would absolutely stay there again.

Quiet street 2 block from beach! Great little house fully equipped! Loved the yard and deck out back! Rented bikes for cruising all around the island. Will definitely return!

Cozy amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was close by as well as restaurants, bars and some shopping within walking distance. We had everything we needed in the unit including a washer and dryer! It was a perfect stay!

Incredible place on a fantastic beach!

Very comfortable beach house. Very clean and well decorated. Right in the center of a perfect beach. We walked north in the mornings and south in the afternoons. Loved our week here!

Nicely appointed duplex close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It was within walking distance to the beach and was very close to both Holmes Beach & Anna Marie. The primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay on Holmes Beach! The condo was very attractive, clean and well stocked. Our host, Michaela, quickly responded to our every need. The condo is a quick walk to the ocean for spectacular sunsets and relaxing time on the beach.

Beautiful house in a great location

This house was so cute and had great amenities! We had everything we needed to enjoy beach with all the comforts of home. They provided extra toiletries, towels and beach supplies! It was in a great location with the perfect beach access and an easy walk to the trolley and restaurants.

Close to the beach dream cottage

This property is a block and a half from the beach and decorated beautifully. So clean and quiet. Nice patio area, small well-appointed kitchen. Loved your remodel. Thankyou Michaela, we hope to go back again someday.

Great time, great place

The unit is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and newly remodeled. The walk to beach was just a few short blocks. Having an outside area at the unit was nice, too.

Spring Break 2022

This property is newly remodeled and decorated with a fun beach theme. Everything was so cute and fun! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and quick ride to the boat launch. Our group also loved riding bikes up to pine street! We will be back for more Florida fun!

Loved Anna Maria and this Cottage.

Unit was super cute and clean. Unit came with beach cart, cooler with wheels, two beach chairs and four big beach towels. We rented a canopy for $30.00 for the week from Just4Fun. My only advice is to plan for roughly $100 per night to eat out for a party of two give or take. Other than that, all you need is a swimsuit!

A month at the beach

Host Michaela and her assistant Anna were available, responsive and very friendly. The property was a duplex, very clean and well appointed. The check in process was easy touchless and instructions plainly laid out. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes but the sunsets were beyond compare. The neighborhood was very nice as were the neighbors on the other side of the house. The property is as advertised and the host very easy to deal with. We highly recommend a stay here and hope you find it as nice and relaxing as we did.

Great location - loved it

We have such a lovely stay and we’re delighted with the location. You could see the beach entrance from the front porch. It has everything you could wish for a stay including beach towels, trolley, cool bag. The kitchen was also well equipped. Washer and dryer was great and a nice to see some washing powder left for our use. Garden was nice with BBQ area and seating. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the owners resolved it very quickly for us. There were a few minor things to address - no bulb in bedside light, cracked outside pain of glass on French doors and for UK visitors limited TV as we can’t log into our Netflix/ Amazon accounts successfully and the Pluto channel was limited. But overall great value for money and would definitely return for a vacation by the sea.

Well equipped property near the beach

We are a family of two adults and one child who stayed 7 days at the duplex. The duplex is adequately equipped including extra towels, beach wagon, kitchen supplies/eating utensils, etc. Location wise you are a very short walk to the beach (same street there is an access point). You’ll have to walk (or drive) a bit further if you want a coffee shop or to the cluster of restaurants. The trolley is easily accessible equal distance on the bay side or the beach side. You can also easily walk to the Holmes Beach boat slip on 63rd. Beds in the duplex were comfortable with extra pillows provided. The AC worked well, as did WiFi. There is an Apple TV in the bedroom and main TV in living area but we did not use it. The washing machine and dryer was nice but the only water setting is hot water despite what button you press. The dishwasher was not loud at all so you could run it at night. Kitchen had most of all you need including a coffee pot with filters provided Communication wise, No emails thru the Vrbo app/platform were responded to but Michaela did respond to email/phone, including fixing an issue with a shower in a timely manner.
