Step inside and discover a bright and inviting living space with plenty of natural light, accented by tasteful décor. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a stylish wallpaper accent wall, sheer curtains, and an occasional chair, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring restful nights for everyone.

Welcome to Rose Cottage — a modern townhouse with timeless colonial character.

Set back from the street, you won’t hear much traffic noise, making this a peaceful sanctuary right in the city. Designed in a cute colonial cottage style but newly built, the home offers all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Pull into your reserved off-street car park (suitable for small–medium cars only), then wander down the short pathway to your private front door. Electronic keypad entry allows easy self check-in.

Downstairs:
The ground floor is light-filled and thoughtfully designed:

• Heat pump for year-round comfort

Privacy sheer curtains soften the space and create total privacy for your sanctuary in the city. Relax on the comfy couch and catch up on your latest shows, or soak up the afternoon sun with a drink on the back porch sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy whether you`re staying a few nights or longer.

Upstairs are two inviting bedrooms:

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
