Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Pearl by the Sea"! This home sleeps up to 9 guests.
Discover this stunning 1,911 sf, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located on a tranquil street just 2 blocks from vibrant downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Elegant vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere. This home seamlessly blends modern elegance with an unbeatable location, making it a rare gem in one of the most desirable areas on the California coast. Tile and hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Space
Enter into a stylish, open concept living room and dining room. The living area has sleek comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a gas log fireplace. A convenient half bathroom is located nearby.
Step outside to a tree covered back patio with BBQ and seating for 4.
Kitchen and Dining
Dining area has a large farmhouse table with seating for 8. Adjacent to the dining area is a breakfast nook with seating for 5 and a beautifully updated kitchen. Kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and disposal.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs:
Bedroom #1 is a spacious ground-floor primary suite offering luxurious comfort with a King bed, large screen Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. This bedroom has direct access to the back yard through a sliding glass door.
Upstairs you'll find three guest bedrooms:
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a small writing desk with chair.
Bedroom #3 has a full/double bed.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a twin bed plus a desk.
The full upstairs hall bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The home also has a half bathroom located on the lower level near the living areas.
A dedicated laundry room is located at the top of the stairs and is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Off-street parking for one car in the carport and one car in the driveway.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
