The space
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a spacious corner lot, our home features 6 luxurious bedrooms. You'll find 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a fun family room with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy resting place. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with popular streaming apps, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The expandable dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

Step outside to your private desert oasis, meticulously redesigned for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation. The backyard boasts a resort-style pool with a wide tanning bed, 4 in-pool chaise lounges, and 4 lounges around the pool for soaking up the sun. Challenge your friends to a game on the 3-hole putting green, or gather around the natural gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The stainless steel grill, hooked up to a natural gas line, makes alfresco dining a breeze at the 8-person round dining table.

Our home is designed to accommodate up to 18 guests comfortably. It has 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area, an office space with 2 desks, a laundry area, and a 2-car garage. - Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 18+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
**Pool and hot tub maintenance is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Due to frequent high winds in the area, it’s normal for sand and debris to accumulate between cleanings. Please use the skimmer net when
needed during your stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to dispatch the vendor outside of the regular service schedule for routine debris.

Guests will have access to the entire home - Primary bedroom suite and 4 other bedrooms; pool; hot tub; foosball and billiard tables; washer and dryer

• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Quiet hours 9PM - 8AM - According to Riverside County, CA Policy, Quiet Hours for vacation rentals are from 9PM to 8AM on weekdays and 10PM to 8AM on weekends. During these times, the use of outdoor amenities are not permitted. Please keep outdoor noise at a conversational level during Quiet Hours, as you would in a hotel where public amenities are closed during these times. If you anticipate being loud or energetic after Quiet Hours, kindly move indoors. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction due to noise violations or complaints from neighbors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Speakers etc are not permitted to be used in the yard.
• Festival Reservations: For significant festivals such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the StageCoach Festival, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, including Thursday through Sunday nights.
• Trash removal is typically done every Thursday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• Cameras and Noiseaware - There are motion-activated cameras outside. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
• Please note: The Thermostats are locked to a range of 70-78 degrees. We cannot provide the pin or set the temperature below 70 degrees.
