Cozy and modern guest suite with private patio.

Welcome to our modern, cozy and family friendly suite in Maple Ridge with a separate entrance.

This private suite in located in a well lit basement suite of our home. There is a gorgeous patio for guest use with a Coleman BBQ and ample seating.

The inside of the suite has a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a wardrobe area with towels, extra bedding and blankets.

The wet bar includes cutlery, utensils, a small fridge, Ninja Crispi, Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle. There is a wine cellar for guest use as well (bottles in images do not have alcohol and are for show only).

The spacious living room has a couch that can turn into a full bed size sleeping area. Making the suite a comfortable space to sleep up to 4 adults.

The basement has a separate wi-fi extender which makes wi-fi speed very fast throughout the area.

On top of other amenities in the suite, we provide a welcome gift basket for our guests including snacks, water bottles and some toiletries.

We are a couple in our 30s that live on the above floor and are readily available for our guests' needs.
