Separate main gate and separate entrance door leading into the private space with plenty of private parking outside. Located in a park like setting with flowers and a fountain view outside. Large dining area with a dining table for four people including a beverage fridge, microwave,coffee machine, toaster and water dispenser and outside bbq with stove . Two large bedrooms with king size beds and fresh linens and fresh towels. Both bedrooms have TV’s connected with Netflix and Prime prescriptions. Quiet neighbourhood makes it a beautiful place to go for a walk. Private outdoor patio area with bbq and stove for basic cooking needs if you love and have passion for cooking .There is no inside cooking facility . Pretty close and easy access to Trans Canada highway exit 66.

Relaxing stay at beautiful property

Bikram was a fantastic communicator and the vrbo is beautiful. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the shower was lovely. We were visiting from Washington and the proximity to a very lightly visited border crossing was a plus! Would definitely stay again.

In town for a competition

Very peaceful, clean. Host was so thoughtful and provided an appliance I needed. Rooms are beautiful. Temperature needed to be cooler, that would be only feedback. Loved our one night stay, highly recommend!

This is a lovely property and the bedrooms and bathroom are quite spacious. It is part of a large home and has its own entry door. The unit is only separated from the main house by locked doors, so there is little sound abatement. We weren't expecting to hear so much noise from the resident family (doors slamming and children squealing). Also, there is no sink in the kitchen area, so preparing food would be a challenge. The location is great.

Last Minute Accomodations

Needed a last minute accommodation in Vancouver. Bikram responded to my VRBO requests immediately and we were able to secure a place to stay. Their home was clean with high quality amenities. A definite must stay.

Bedrooms and bathroom very spacious. Beds very comfortable. Layout was unexpected as we were unaware we would need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. Also surprised that there was no kitchen facilities. Host did not misrepresent this but did not make these aforementioned items entirely clear either.

If you want to stay in a nice secure cool comfortable location this property IS!!! The place. great little set up. The beds are really comfortable and the sheets are amazing and soft. The bathroom is massive and the walk in shower with multiple heads to select from is great. Aanndd they thought about everything! From little touches like pop and water on the fridge and toothbrush in the bathroom (new in box obviously) great little table outside with good bbq !! And best of all is the ease of getting to and from this place in my opinion is the strongest quality! Besides the obvious mansion you roll upto …. Both the lady and I said we WILL stay here again!!!!

Beautiful house feel like home!

They have cotton pads and toothpaste. Details in the room made us feel like at home. And of course rooms are stunning. Big, clean and cozy. Bikram's families are super nice. Us and our kids love this amazing place.

This is a separate unit in a large house that seems to be in a suburban area. I did not see much of the area, but it did not seem that there are any shops within walking distance, but my driving route was very direct, I arrived late at night and took off in the morning directly for an event, so I didn't check out anything off my driving route. The bedrooms were fairly large, with king-sized beds (I think). My bed was very comfortable, seemed new; the coverings were in the style of luxury hotels, with soft sheets in very good condition. There was a TV in each bedroom. The large double- sink bathroom has been described in other postings.There were previous comments about the kitchen/no kitchen. There is a room that has a kitchen appearance, with table and chairs, a small fridge, kettle, microwave. But there is no stove and no running water, just some bottled water. So it's not exactly a kitchen, and washing dishes (there are lots of dishes provided) would have to be done in the bathroom. But it's a place to store food, nuke it and eat it. The owner was very responsive, replying to my several messages within an hour. The directions for accessing the unit were sent via VRBO and they were very clear.
