From the moment you arrive, the rhythms of live music, the scent of the city, and the electric pulse of the neighborhood remind you exactly why you came here. This is a space built for groups who want to be in the thick of it - not watching the city from a distance.

Living space
The bright, open living areas give your group room to spread out without losing the warmth of being together. Streaming-ready TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi keep everyone connected, and a dedicated workspace is on hand for anyone who needs to steal a few minutes for remote work. The décor draws on New Orleans-inspired touches throughout, grounding the space in its surroundings. Exterior security cameras are present on the property for proactive monitoring.

Sleeping arrangements
Eleven bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 12 beds - including 7 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 1 double bed - plus 7 sofa beds for additional guests. Each room is furnished with comfortable linens, room-darkening shades, and hangers for easy settling in. The layout distributes your group across the suite comfortably, whether you're here for Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, a Superdome event, or a milestone celebration.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for group cooking and pre-game cocktail hours alike. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker cover the essentials, along with cooking basics and a dining table large enough to bring everyone together. Coffee is also available. The kitchen makes it easy to start mornings at your own pace before stepping out into the city.

Bathroom
Seven bathrooms serve the full group, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Hair dryers and cleaning products are also provided.

Outdoor & shared amenities
Shared pool and hot tub access gives the group a place to decompress between outings. The backyard provides outdoor furniture and open space for quieter moments, while the balcony puts you front-row to Frenchmen Street's foot traffic, brass bands, and neighborhood rhythm - especially as evenings take hold.

Getting around
A private entrance leads directly to this second-floor suite. Please note that stairs are required to access the space; there is no elevator. Paid parking is available off premises. Self check-in is provided via smart lock for a seamless arrival.

Home safety
The suite includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Good to know
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the suite comfortable year-round. A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available for families traveling with young children, along with babysitter recommendations. Iron and essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided. A digital guidebook is included with local food spots and neighborhood favorites.
