BEDROOM The bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.
KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: • Fridge/freezer • Stovetop • Microwave • Oven • Dishwasher • Coffee Machine (Nespresso) • Crockery and cutlery
A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES - You will have access to the building’s pool, sauna, spa, and BBQ area. - Available common areas may be accessed daily between 9:00 am and 5:45 pm. - There is a private outdoors area and BBQ facilities for you to enjoy some fresh air. - The outdoor pool is currently under construction and expected to be completed by October 2026.
Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.
PARKING - One secure allocated car space - There is free, unsecured visitor parking located at the front of the apartment complex, just down the driveway.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
