Enjoy breathtaking views from this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in New Acton. You`ll struggle to get much closer to The Australian National University and it`s a short walk to Canberra`s CBD.
You will have access to all of the apartment amenities, including the heated pool, sauna and gym, throughout your stay. Please check the full listing information as it will answer most of your questions.
BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: I will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you`re craving for home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans - We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. TV has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Façade Upgrade Painting work at London Tower Building Metropolitan Apartments from November2020.
Total work completion duration is 4 weeks but may extend without prior notice.
REMINDERS: 1. Be extra careful as areas may be wet, hoses and ladders and equipment may be in various locations on the property. 2. Close all exterior windows & Doors 3. Refrain from hanging out washing. • Balconies/Verandas cannot be used.
COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Be gentle on the dryer door as it was recently broken and we`re working on getting a schedule to have it fixed.
We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV.

**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.

This property is in a great location, really close to great eateries, once the light rail is finished it will be even easier to get around. Even eating in is grand, big windows, great views and everything your need. Rooms are spacious and needs are very comfortable.

Fantastic apartment with great space and layout.
Unfortunately lift was being replaces right beside room which was quite loud. Pool was out of service which we were unaware of and large building works beside building for light rail installations so loud on the balcony
