The ground floor is the heart of the home. A full kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan dining and living area is warm and inviting — ideal for families and groups to gather.

A sofa bed in the living space provides extra sleeping for up to 8 guests in total. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. Your own lockable outdoor storage area and bike park is an added bonus.

Quality linen and towelling provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are Eco Store. Usual Care Property Stays coffees, teas, drinking chocolate, sweet treats, milk, and sugar. All kitchen essentials provided.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, the living and dining area, full kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor storage and bike park

Street parking is available on Bedford Row. This is a free, dedicated space for guests.

Please note the bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed via stairs.

Gate and lock box codes will be provided prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our Christchurch-based team can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

A porta cot, stair gate, and high chair are available on site at no extra charge. Request on booking.

Bike parking and outdoor storage are accessible via the silver key provided at check-in.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
