The Space:

Blending soft coastal styling with the calm of a private tropical retreat, this home is designed for connection, comfort, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. The main living area is bathed in natural light with comfortable lounges and a large-screen TV, while two additional living areas offer flexibility for quiet downtime or kids to play.



The kitchen combines refined finishes with practical convenience, featuring quality appliances, a large island with seating, and a butler's pantry. The dining area seats six around a glass-top round table, where warm rattan chairs and coastal decor set the scene for shared meals and easy conversation.



Outside, the home opens into a private tropical paradise framed by lush rainforest greenery and manicured lawns. The covered patio features multiple lounge and dining zones, an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, and seamless access to the sparkling pool lined with sun loungers. The surrounding gardens and fire pit area are made for slow mornings, golden hour drinks, and starlit evenings after a day out on the water or in the rainforest.



The four bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across the home for privacy and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and direct outdoor access. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, a private ensuite, and its own outdoor access. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth a comfortable double, both styled for restful nights. A separate family bathroom with a bathtub completes the home’s thoughtful layout.



A dedicated home office provides a calm and comfortable space for remote work. For wellness, the private gym offers ample space and exercise equipment, creating a convenient space to keep up your routine during longer stays.



Split-system air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout the living areas, gym, and all bedrooms ensure year-round comfort. Guests also have access to a full laundry with a washer and dryer. There is driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Please note there are locked storage cupboards near the primary bedroom and within the garage that are not accessible to guests.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Set within the lush foothills of Redlynch, this peaceful tropical retreat places you within easy reach of Far North Queensland’s most loved natural experiences. Spend your mornings swimming beneath the waterfalls at Crystal Cascades before returning home through rainforest-lined roads, or explore nearby bushwalking tracks and freshwater swimming holes tucked throughout the area. Local cafés, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences are just a short five-minute drive away, while Cairns CBD and the airport can both be reached in around 15 to 20 minutes. Head towards Palm Cove for beachfront dining and ocean breezes, wander through the rainforest markets and galleries of Kuranda Village, or set aside a day for the scenic coastal drive to Port Douglas and the ancient beauty of the Daintree Rainforest.
