Great Place -- Great Host -- Great Stay. My wife and I had a great 4-night stay. The apartment was wonderfully supplied and the views were amazing. The pool was outstanding and only a short walk from the apartment. Orient Bay dining was a fun 20 minute walk on the beach. Communication with the host was simple and always helpful. We highly recommend.

We loved everything about this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained, the view was spectacular, the photos and description was exactly as stated and the hosts Audrey and Sebastian were so incredibly kind. We will definitely be returning.

orient beach

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 5 weeks and will probably stay here again when we go back. it was lovely with wonderful attention to detail and was spotless. we have been to St. Martin 10 times, but this was our first stay at Mt. Vernon, it was handy to have a food shop on site and a pizza restaurant as well. All in all, a good stay.

Everything was fine EXCEPT for the water situation, which was cut off nearly everyday for the first third of our stay. However, this was not the owners' fault since the water problems on the French side of the island seem to be endemic. Because of that, next time we go on the island, it may force us to look on the Dutch side for accomodations

A Digital Nomad Haven

What a wonderful, beautiful, cozy little condo and haven overlooking beautiful Orient Bay for one week. The photos and descriptions were completely accurate and the apartment was fully stocked with all linens, kitchen supplies, cooking & cleaning supplies, beach chairs & towels, water bottles, blender for drinks, swim noodles, etc. Audrey & Sebastien's attention to detail and personalities were evident everywhere throughout the unit and made all the difference in creating the feel of a home away from home. They were great communicators, immediately responsive with any questions or issues, and even showed up within 30min to help me after I accidentally locked myself out. While there is some ongoing construction and repairs continuing from Hurricane Irma in 2017, most of it is located one or two buildings over and is not a nuisance. Internet is DSL at about 20mbps which worked fine for basic work, video, and Netflix streaming in the evening. By the way, and to state the obvious, while everyone will happily speak English to you, just don't expect the French side to be 50/50 or a blend of French and English. The French side is French, so bring along your translation app at the grocery store, shops, etc. and brushing up on your basic travel French would be recommended and I'm sure appreciated by many. I definitely highly recommend this property and would happily consider returning to book again in the future.

Beatiful one bedroom apartment overlooking Orient Bay Beach

This beautiful apartment along with wonderful hosts made our stay in Orient Bay such a pleasant experience. We loved the design, decor, impeccably clean, and fully equipped place, all with the most beautiful view of Orient Bay. We loved that its bedroom was separate rather than the standard studio apartments. The location is great, short walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants are a very short drive away. This place offers a reserved parking space which is very convenient. The host was, amazing, always responded quickly, and was very helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would absolutely book it again!

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved this apartment! The view is priceless, location is great. They really maximized all the space in the apartment. It’s perfect for two people. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is updated and very clean. There is also a washer in the unit. Very convenient. We wanted to stay longer! The beach is steps away and it’s about a 10minute walk to the restaurants on Orient beach. The designated parking spot was a nice bonus. Owners were responsive and very easy to book with and communicate with. We will be back! Thank you

An excellent place to stay

This place was great! We were there for just under 3 weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home, much to the thanks of the owners. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils you’d need (including a salad spinner, nespresso machine and blender). The balcony setup was perfect for outdoor life and gets some great sunshine from morning to early afternoon. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. This end of the beach tends to see the least foot traffic on Orient Beach so there were many times (in December) where we were the only ones around. About a 10min walk along the sand gets you to the beach clubs and busier areas. The post-hurricane renovation of the flat was very smartly done and I would say the best example of a Mt. Vernon flat I’ve seen. It’s worth noting on a more general level that the reconstruction of Mt Vernon is still continuing (as of late December 2021). This includes the pool, which is no longer there. It sounded like the aim is to rebuild the pool in 2022, so hopefully we’ll see it again. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay

This property was overall a great place to stay. The view in the photos does not do it justice. Sitting on the patio overlooking the bay in late afternoon and evening is just unbeatable. We sat outside to wind down almost every day. The condo is updated and has a very nice, new, clean feel. It had everything we needed - fridge, stove, TV with a Fire stick, The bed was large and comfortable and has it's own AC unit just above it. I would say the location is good. It is walkable and safe down the beach (15-20 mins) to the many restaurants and beach clubs in the popular Orient Bay stretch. Of course it would be nicer to stay on the main stretch in Orient Bay but you will pay 2-3x this place. The hosts were great and answered all questions. Overall, this rental met and beat our expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation experience.

The location is excellent with water great ocean view and walking directly to the beach. The apartment is very clean and mordern well designed open space with nice amenities. The host was great in communication with prompt reply who met us at the property. Overall, it has been one of the nicest places that our family have stayed.
