Upon arriving to check in.. The grass was not mowed. The windows were wide open, which I thought was very odd, because the neighbor hood was not the best. I went to use the railing to walk up and down the stairs and I thought it was going to fall over or come out. When checking in and out the door would not correctly lock. I had to hold the door a specific way for it to lock or it would not lock and the beeper kept going off. The front door looks like it could use a new one. When arriving in the home. There was laundry left on the washer. I let host know and they responded fast. But laundry on the washer wasn't an emergency. Be they Seemed very polite! I tried to use the washer and it was a bit complicated. I had to leave the light on for it to work. The rooms were actually pretty good size. Plenty of towels available for use. The fact laundry soap was available was great and a nice touch for visitors so if they forgot laundry soap it was already available to use. Stove when using it one of the burners did not work. No biggie we just used another one.Tops wasn't very far at all from this location and a donut place right down the road ( not far) and very good! The location of this home was definitely not in a good area and should consider lowering the price per night. I understand we are in a city, but all night long the neighborhood were blasting music!
