Free street parking is available. - This is a ground-level unit. The upstairs residence may be occupied from time to time, however occupants are respectful of guest privacy and generally keep to themselves. - Small non-shedding dogs are welcome on application only. - This property is not suitable for hens’ parties, bucks’ parties, school leavers or parties of any kind. Bookings that do not comply with these requirements will be cancelled. - The property has security cameras in place for external monitoring only. One camera is positioned at the front driveway and entrance to the upstairs apartment, another monitors the side passageway entry to the ground-level unit, and a camera covers the BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as the rear backyard. There is no audio recording on any of the cameras.
