Upon entering the Living Area, the spaciousness of this home will delight you, along with the cool beachy decor and more than enough room for the whole family to be together without ever feeling cramped. Your family will love relaxing in the AC, enjoying the Free Wifi, and streaming a Movie on the Flat Screen TV! (*Fireplace is decorative only*) The Owners have done a wonderful job surrounding you with coastal charm and cheerful colors.

The Chef in your family will love the well-stocked Kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to make mealtime super easy. Gleaming Countertops, Stainless Appliances, and Coastal White Cabinets add a light, beachy feel to this Kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the large Dining Table or out on the Balcony enjoying the sweet salty ocean air. There is also seating at the convenient Breakfast Bar, just perfect for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool! The Spa-like Primary Bath will add even more luxury to your vacation with a relaxing Corner Soaking Tub and Custom Tilework, and there is also a separate Walk-In shower! A large Vanity and lots of storage round out this awesome bathroom. On the way to the other 2 bedrooms, you'll pass the convenient Laundry Room.

Bedroom 2 is a quiet escape and Jr Suite with a cozy Queen Bed, a Full Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath with Walk-In Shower. Just across the hall, Bedroom 3 is just perfect for the little ones with a bright and cheery decor, a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and a Flat Screen TV, it will comfortably sleep up to 3 and is a great space for the little ones to relax and watch a movie while giving the adults a little time. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
