Gorgeous house, great location!

This was one of the best vacations we have stayed at in OBX. The home was clean, spacious and the location was on par! Cove Realty was a wonderful host! We always have the best service from them. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great location and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. A great location and beautiful home. Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable and more attention to floor cleaning could be paid. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we’re happy with the home.

Great beach vacation at Nags Head

Beautiful home, great location, very comfortable for our group of 9 adults. The realty company was very helpful and communicative. The cleaning was ok, however we did find some dirt& trash under beds. Overall a great place to enjoy with family

great first time in the obx!!

my friends and i typically go to cape cod every year, but we’re more spread out across the country now and figured the outer banks would be a great place for a trip instead. the house was great - very clean and super close to the sound. we were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. cove realty was easy to work with as the host too!

Great stay with a few blips

Overall my family and I really enjoyed the property, it was in a great location and had a nice layout and decor. The master bedroom bed is AMAZING. We had some issues with coffee still left in the coffee pot from the previous stay, sand on the beds and floor. The dishwasher was broken, unfortunately the management company was unable to fix it for our stay. I would stay here again, just think the cleaning crew needs to be a bit more thorough and a faster turnaround on repairs that are needed.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you had with the cleaning and this has been sent to the cleaning manager so that the crew and inspector can be addressed to prevent future guest issues. Maintenance has also addressed and fixed the bad motor on the dishwasher, so this can once again be used by future guests. We're so happy that, aside from these issues, you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again!

Away From The World

The property was nice but it wasn’t cleaned very well! The kitchen needs updated utensil’s, including more sharp knives, pots and pans, and microwaveable glass dishes with covers! The mattress on the queen bed with twin above, was way too soft! It felt like an air mattress that had lost air! It is centrally located so it made it easy to get to the area attractions.

Amazing house!!

The property was more than I expected. Our family absolutely loved it! The Dave Mathews Decor was a bonus. If I had to have one negative, and this is purely a personal negative, the King temperpedic bed was very firm. I am a soft bed guy so it wasn’t the most comfortable to me. However, again, that is nothing that the host could fix. The kitchen provided plenty of space for our family meals. The hot tub was amazing. We didn’t use the backyard. I would recommend this home 100%!!!
