NAGS HEAD OCEANSIDE 5 MIN WALK TO BEACH NEW

Brand new construction in the heart of Nags Head, three blocks away from the ocean. Walk straight to public beach access. Walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee places, very close to groceries, some local shops, food places, and pizza. Very conveniently located for all landmarks of Outer Banks. A 5-minute car ride to Jockeys Ridge state park, Nags Heads Woods trails, Dowdy's Park playground and so much more.
House have two separate living spaces. First floor has a full bathroom , master queen bedroom and a living room with extra sleeping and a small kitchenette with full fridge. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with two full bathrooms, large kitchen , dinning room and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We provide some beach supplies: an umbrella, 4-6 beach chairs, body boards, an cooler and beach cart to get all your stuff to the beach.

We allow pets , with prior notification. An additional charge of $125/pet per stay will be added for the stay. Max Two dogs.

Convenient w/easy walk to beach

Well furnished inside, great fenced back area for dog/shade, easy to keep cool inside on hot days, nice that chairs/umbrella/beach items were supplied along with a pull cart. Loved the coffee & gift shop right across the street. Only drawback was it was so close to the by-pass road in terms of noise, but it was great for convenience.

Our Stay

Our stay was wonderful. We were close to a coffee and ice cream shop that we visited daily. The walk to the beach was minimal and the house was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a making our stay in the Outer Banks a great vacation.

OBX Visit

We had an excellent stay at this beach house. The house was very clean and only about a 5 minute walk to he beach. Everything was easy from checking in and out. Great family summer vacation! Thank you!

Perfect Family-Friendly Home

House was as described. Very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the beach gear and toys. Host was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location - short walk to the beach and directly beside a coffee and ice cream shop. House layout was perfect for two families with a secondary suite with kitchenette on the first level. Main living area is smaller but perfectly suited our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great house. Well suited for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The house was like new, very clean, and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better place to spend six great days near the beach.

This was our first trip to Nags Head-we were lucky to have found such a great place to stay with our two adult children and our 2 dogs. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We could walk to the beach access. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rental

This is an amazing rental. The home is all updated. Lots of room. The downstairs area is a great location to get away from other guests lol. The owners have everything available for beach fun. The coffee shop across the street is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location. The beach is about a 5 minute walk to the public access location and there is a small parking area there if you want to drive.

Perfect location and beach home.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The home was very new and clean. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Also, we loved the cute shops to get coffee and ice cream just steps away. The property manager is lovely and quick to respond with any questions. We hope to stay again soon!

Great House and Location!

A really great house! This house was a perfect size for my family of 4, but could easily accommodate more. Situated in a great location, with an easy short walk to the beach. We couldn't have picked a better location! Coffee shop, ice cream, gift shop, etc. are nearly across the street and so much more is a walkable distance. Easy access to get north or south on the island which made this a perfect central location for other adventures. The house was well kept and stocked. The beach supplies were great as we didn't have to overload the car to bring all our stuff! The home seemed to be newer construction and was quite clean. Definitely consider for your stay!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient!

Traveled as family of four with 2 teenage sons ages 16 and 15 two other teenage friends of my one son. The house was perfect for our needs. My wife and I had the downstairs to ourselves which included king bed (super comfortable if you like firm mattress) and bathroom along with living area which had full size fridge and TV. All four boys were upstairs so everyone appreciated some “separation” for downtime after day at the beach. Believe the house is relatively new construction and felt that way with new appliances, ceiling fans and best of all, having two independent AC controls for upstairs and downstairs! Owners were great and provided more than enough kitchen supplies and even included a Nutri Bullet blender! The beach is convenient, about 3 blocks and 5-8 minute walk. House provided lots of beach items to use: chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a super helpful wagon to help transport all the supplies to the beach. Only two minor “complaints” that are not the fault of the owners though. One is the proximity to the highway. It is right off the main road so when sitting outside you do hear the traffic (man, lots of lifted pick-ups in OBX!) but not bothersome when inside (no noise issues when sleeping). The other issue we noticed was the amount of flies in the area around the house. Certainly wasn’t a swarm but they were noticeable when we sat on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again for the proximity to the beach. The daily rate is very reasonable given all that is included by the owners.

Coffee every morning with a short walk to the beach

Great property with all the kitchen and home amenities you could need. Clean! Accurate location description. We loved the coffee shop across the street and the walk to the beach was super short with no crowded roads to cross. The kids liked the sand at the back of the house to play. A few patio chairs out there would be a great addition.

The property was laid out perfectly for our needs and the host was most gracious, helpful, and very pleasant. Everyone commented on how nice everything was.
