Condominio frente al mar de lujo en un edificio de altura media de primera clase convenientemente ubicado al centro de ciudad de Cozumel. El apartamento está decorado profesionalmente y ofrece todas las comodidades de un hogar. Hay restaurantes, buceo y otros deportes acuáticos y tiendas a poca distancia. En el lugar instalaciones del gimnasio, tenis, piscina y jacuzzi climatizado. Alquiler de agua del deporte, spa de día, jeep y alquiler de motos están cerca, las referencias se pueden proporcionar. La unidad cuenta con TV, Internet de alta velocidad, seguridad las 24 horas, y una cocina totalmente equipada. El edificio es accesible y tiene 2 ascensores. La unidad es administrada por Chris y Victoria. Somos estadounidenses y hemos vivido en Cozumel durante 10 maravillosos años, 8 de ellos en Palmar. Perfect as always!

It's the most gorgeous gorgeous condo with the most gracious hosts. Close enough to everything, yet away from the cruise ship crowds and hustle of the main town. Immaculate and peaceful, stunning views, and a well maintained, gated and guarded property. We will return again and again. Amazing views beautiful property

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

A Lovely Experience

This condo is just as described in the listing. It is very well-appointed in all aspects: kitchen included everything we needed to prepare meals, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. While there were a couple of household "glitches" along the way, they were immediately addressed and promptly fixed. The two weeks we spent unwinding and relaxing in this luxurious space were truly enjoyed!

First visit to Cozumel

Beautiful condo in a location that has easy access to restaurants and taxis to get you anywhere you want to go. With this convenient location does come traffic noise, really only noticed when relaxing around the pool. The pool area was clean and always lots of space available to enjoy the without being crowded.We did not cook during our stay so cannot speak to the functionality the cooking/grilling spaces but they looked nice.This wasn't a big deal for us but I think good to note that there are steps to get down into the main living area, the patio, and the toilet in the primary bath, so while the facility is accessible if this is an issue for you you'll want to select a different unit.Loved the linens and plentiful towels for use. I found the bed very comfortable.The biggest complaint my family had was the horrible water pressure in the showers. It also took a long time to get hot water and once it was hot, it was really hot and difficult to adjust.There was a late change to our check out time, we had planned a late check out which I realize is not something that cannot always be accommodated but the late notice of this change, and only communicated via a message on VRBO which we easily could have missed, limited how we would have handled it had we known in advance. The owners were kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the condo while it was being cleaned, so that was helpful.Overall a good first stay on this lovely island.

Island Paradise

The experience was beyond what words can describe. A beautiful sunrise and sunset every day is the epitome of tranquility. The photos truly encapsulate exactly what you will encounter once you enter the property. The hosts Chris/Victoria are very responsive and give invaluable information on restaurants, island activities and fun facts. Truly, a memorable experience that I look forward to returning again in 2025! Thanks again to Chris/Victoria and the beautiful ppl of Cozumel for an Extraordinary experience.

Amazing spot in Cozumel

This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant, great location

Everything went well (even with Hurricane Beryl). We had stayed here before and would again. The property management team was responsive, made sure we were OK before and after the hurricane hitting the island.

Beautiful property

The place was amazing with beautiful views. The pool & hot tub area was wonderful. The location was great with so many restaurants & shops within a short walking distance (the Coco Cafe below was such a nice treat-great food & friendly people). The security at the place was very watchful & always helpful. The host/manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had, even though I didn’t have many at all. They had SO much information laid out for us (places to eat, beaches to visit, all that we needed to know about using the devices inside the condo). This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Would love to visit again & would definitely recommend it.

Great Views and Amenities!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

As advertised and more!

This condo in Cozumel is all one could hope for. It is STUNNING! The views are fantastic and the amenities are above and beyond. For this Midwest couple it was heaven, sitting on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and watching the cruise ships come into Port. We found the beaches on the Eastern side of the island to our liking, as almost all of them had little or no people. If you're interested in staying in Cozumel, this is the place to visit. Thanks Victoria and Chris. We WILL be back again. Dan & Tanya January 2023

We love Cozumel, and Palmar is an upscale building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.
