Welcome to the Nauti Mermaid! Enjoy this amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor condo. Majestic sunrises, swaying palm trees and of course the everchanging views of the ocean await you. Wake up refreshed to a beautiful oceanfront sunrise in a king adjustable bed. The master has a spacious bathroom with walk in shower! We have made every effort to make our home feel like a cozy and comfortable retreat! This unit has everything you would need on vacation - assigned parking, free wireless internet, linens, towels, a full service kitchen! The second bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy shopping, restaurants (28 within.075 miles) and many activities - located minutes away from Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and the cruise ship ports. Rocket launches can be viewed from the balcony. Orlando theme parks are only 45 minutes away. For beach lovers, we provide an umbrella, beach cabana, beach buggy, beach towels and a cooler for relaxation on an uncrowded beach!

Very clean Condo. Great location. 3rd floor is perfect. 2 beach chairs were broken, some of the furniture is worn. The gate for the pool just below condo is very loud when closing. The building itself has no amenities. Minor issues compared to the condo itself. Very nice, would book again

It was probably one of the most relaxing vacations I have had in a while. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but we made the best of it. The unit was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable. I loved the master bedroom/bathroom. I got spoiled!! It was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for other people or come back myself. Thank you for everything. Really appreciated being able to stay there and enjoy. Just wish the weather had been a little better. But there is nothing anyone could do about that! Lol

This is THE Place!

If you are comparing properties with this one look no further! This condo is amazing. We walked in and immediately were impressed. This place is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures.The kitchen has everything you would ever need for cooking including a crockpot, tons of pots and pans, strainers, pizza baking sheets and cookie sheets. Blender and toaster. Plenty of cooking utensils, measuring cups, silverware, plates, cups and mugs. The coffee maker is a Keurig and works great!The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker. The living room is comfortable and has a fabulous view of the ocean. We got to see dolphins almost everyday and tons of pelicans and sand pipers. The balcony is equipped with Adirondack chairs and tables.The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed ( foam type) that you can raise the head or feet. It’s not hard and not super soft.The second bedroom has a regular spring type mattress. My daughter said it was comfortable.This condo is equipped with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The washer and dryer had their own room and that’s where all the beach stuff is kept. Lots of beach chair options, umbrella, beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys and cooler. The grounds are well manicured and the pool area was so clean and relaxing.The beach was not crowded at all. No need to save any spots.This place has it all and I don’t think you could find anywhere better or as well equipped for a beach vacation.

Would 100% stay here again

We were in the area for a softball tournament. Everything was exactly as described. This unit was PERFECT. It had everything we needed and more. The quality of everything (from kitchen supplies to beach chairs/umbrellas/toys to furniture to towels) was great. The pool and access to the beach was amazing. The area is so quiet and chill compared to the beach towns they have played in before. If we ever come back to this area would love to stay here again.

Overall a great spot with all the amenities needed. Tons of beach gear to take down to the beach. Not a ton to do so everything is a drive but you trade that for a sunrise on the beach anyday

Wonderful Condo!

We had an amazing stay. I had my foot crushed, so climbing the stairs was scary due to the elevator being shut down. But it was quickly forgiven when we saw our view and all the condo had to offer

Perfect

The view was perfect. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful- lost my phone in the ocean and had work overnight me one - went right to them no issues and they got in touch with me to get it to me - Wendy, I believe her name was . The condo was clean - the view -I cant say enough about- it was perfect, sat on the balcony every morning and drank my coffee. Stocked with a ton of things-the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a big plus. We only went to the pool 1 day but it was nice . The grounds are kept clean and were out every morning picking up leaves or any debris. The beach was quiet which was soo nice and close when lugging stuff down - saw dolphins alot . The only down side was not enough restaurants within walking distance when its 98 out side. But the drive to get to wherever was easy and close . Very happy with the condo ! if you go, I suggest eating at longdoggers and Corys bagels - 2 local restaurants.

Positive experience all around

We had a wonderful vacation and were very pleased with the unit. It was nicely updated, had an excellent view, and was in a terrific area. Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious balcony overlooked the beach, walkway to the beach and we could see the pool. We were able to watch a satellite launch which was a unique experience. The property managers were responsive, kind, and thorough. The unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Long Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our place and the location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed as we like to cook a lot. The master bath was also really nice. We also were able to view the rocket launch on Saturday night from our balcony! If we ever return to the area again, we will definitely look to see if it is available first.

The Nauti Mermaid unit ...This condo at the Indian Harbour Beach Club was beyond amazing. Extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The grounds & building very well maintained. Close to shopping and great food. Highly recommend this VRBO vacation property.

Great Place on the beach

Great place right on the beach with great views from the living area and master bedroom. Had everything we needed. Close to many restaurants. Enjoyed just sitting on the patio and listening to the waves. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beach Therapy Bliss

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and listen to the surf crashing ashore. The beach was steps from the property and the beaches were not crowded at all. It was a convenient location to our new favorite eateries and shopping.

best ever

This is the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. We travel at least twice a year and we both agreed that this condo was the best one yet. It was clean, well furnished, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view of the ocean and the large balcony was spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Cindy, the manager, was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

wonderful stay!

The condo was great! The furnishings were top notch. The little things such as beach chairs & beach towels were very thoughtful. The view is spectacular. Also, we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the condo and the surrounding area. We visited many local restaurants and they were all very good. Would definitely book again!

Hidden Gem

We rented here for our wedding in the area. The condo was absolutely beautiful, the views were gorgeous and it was so perfect to celebrate our wedding! We had family visit for lunch, beach, pool time one day and the kids had a blast playing and searching for seashells. Can we please buy this unit? Lol!
