An attractively light and spacious ranch-style home, beautifully situated in a large tree-lined corner plot, will provide an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. It's the kind of place which says 'Welcome to Florida' when you first arrive and 'Welcome home' when you return from a day at the beach.

The front door opens into a large and comfortable family room. The patio doors open out on to the pool deck. There are two options for informal dining; either around the table in the breakfast nook adjoining the fully-equipped kitchen, or in the covered and carpeted area on the patio, with overhead lighting and fan. A large and secluded sundeck surrounds the 30' x 15' heated pool.

The bedrooms are on either side of the family room. All are attractively furnished in Floridian colours. On one side, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed (US Queen), two large walk-in closets, en suite bathroom, bath, walk-in shower, and access to the pool deck.

On the other side of the lounge, two smaller bedrooms are separated by a bathroom/toilet with over-bath shower: one bedroom has a US Queen bed and direct access to the pool deck; the other has twin beds.

A separate laundry room leads through from the hallway to the double garage.

You're spoilt for choice so far as shopping facilities and restaurants are concerned. Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are within a few minutes drive. Walmart and many other favourites are 10 minutes away, with a huge variety of eateries at reasonable prices.

No smoking anywhere in the house and grounds. Sorry - no pets.
