The space
Soak in the sun in this indoor/outdoor living space with large windows that reveal stunning panoramic mountain views. This home is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. The open lounge, exquisitely furnished with contemporary and vintage styles, also boasts a 6ft retractable projector for screenings. Bring your dinner and cocktail parties to life in the ample dining area with a fully equipped designer kitchen: including stainless steel appliances, stove tops, coffee-maker, and filtered, ice-cold water from the fridge. Rest assured, knowing the Desert Hot Springs 'cold water' is sourced from a separate aquifer, remarkably high in minerals and award winning taste.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property and fully gated backyard on a 9500 sq. ft. lot, 2-bed, 2-bath. 'Designer Oasis' is designed for complete comfort and relaxation, providing the seclusion needed to fully recharge. Outdoor gated area includes a cedar wood spa, dining area, lounge area, barbecue area, grass patch for yoga and meditation, and fire pit area.
Other things to note
Chill-out in a sun-drenched, manicured backyard with gas-line barbecue, for al-fresco-dining, or watch the sunset by the fire pit with a margarita or two. Recharge and melt away in the outdoor cedar wood spa. Perfect for cozy desert nights or entertaining under the stars. The property is ideal for couples retreats, families, or stress-free getaways with your furry-friends (small dogs, etc.)

We fell in love with the hot spring mineral water and the benefits they have for the body. We were heading to a day spa, missed our turn and ended up passing a for sale sign. Within days we were in escrow and have had so much fun creating this space for everyone to enjoy.
