A single family house, recently painted throughout and hardwood floors restored, with a backyard hot tub to soak in.  SIX houses to the beach.  Located at the south end of the boardwalk, in Point Pleasant Beach. 8 beach badges included (6 adult & 2 children).

Enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on the new Trex front porch.  The porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, an afternoon nap, or happy hour drinks after a day at the beach. Watch the Thursday night fireworks without leaving the porch.

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by the beautiful stained glass windows and a massive stone fireplace in the living room, the high ceilings, wood molding and original hardwood floors.  It is decorated with a mix of Crate & Barrel modern along with some fun vintage finds.  The living room has a 50” Roku TV with Netflix and cable.

Enjoy the spacious, full size kitchen which includes: a stainless steel refrigerator w/ice machine, stove & dishwasher.  There is also a microwave, toaster oven, full size coffee pot, along with a k-cup coffee machine, blender, an array of pots, pans, Pyrex and oven safe dishes.

Off the kitchen is a mini fridge for additional beverages.

Enjoy your delicious family dinners in the dining room with seating for 8. The table in the living room has additional seating for 8. (Both tables can accommodate 16 people.)

There is a full bathroom with a stall shower on the first floor.

Central AC/Forced hot air is throughout the house as well as free wireless high speed internet, including the front porch and backyard patio.

Full washer and dryer are available for use in the basement.

The 1st floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room & full bath with stall shower.

On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

The house can sleep a max of 10 people.

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 1 - (Up the stairs and to the left, at the back of the house): King Poster Bed with two large windows, one dresser, his & her closets, a ceiling fan, and TV with Roku.

Bedroom 2 - (Up the stairs and to the right, at the back of the house): King bed with two large windows, one dresser, one closet, a ceiling fan, and TV with Roku.

Bedroom 3 - (Up the stairs at the front of the house, on the left side): King Bed with two large stained glass windows, one dresser, one closet, a ceiling fan, and TV with Roku. Room is large enough for a pack & play.

Bedroom 4 - (Up the stairs at the front of the house, on the right side): Bunk Bed room with a twin bunk bed over a full size mattress with a twin pull out trundle. Perfect for kids & tweens. The room has space to add a twin air mattress if needed. Two stained glass windows, one tall armoire dresser and one closet. (Room can sleep 4.)

Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the evening air and go out back for some privacy. Relax in the 8 person hot tub!

Take a hot shower outside in the outdoor shower!

Enjoy a quiet evening eating dinner outside at the patio table which has 8 chairs. Use the burner propane grill for your delicious surf & turf dinner.

There is a large shed available for use to store all your beach things (boogie boards, bikes, surf boards, kayaks, etc.).

The property includes a driveway that allows ample space to park 3 cars in the rear of the house and leave them there for the duration of your stay. Street parking is also available during the day. A parking pass is required during the night (12:00 am - 4:00 am), two street parking passes are included with our rental.

We are a few steps from the ocean, Jenkinson’s boardwalk, the rides, miniature golf, Hoffman’s Ice Cream shop, restaurants, and Stop & Shop. The recently updated park is just down the block along with basketball courts.

Walk down Arnold Ave and browse the boutiques snd antique shops, grab a bagel or an iced coffee. Enjoy a lobster roll at Point Lobster or a “corny” lobster at Atlantic Offshore.
