COOK309 - A beautiful home, nestled in Point Pleasant Beach with open floor plan and 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Front Porch, spacious back yard for entertaining! This beautiful house is located 4.5 blocks from Jenkinson's boardwalk and 2 blocks from the downtown area with some of the best restaurants & nightlife on the Jersey Shore. A modern home offering open floor plan, all new furnishings, stylish decor. 1st level has sleeper sofa, 2nd floor is 2 bedrooms and master bedroom with a sleeper sofa and 4th bedroom (3rd floor) has 3 Futons: 2 Full, 1 Queen. Use of 6 beach badges included, along with a large yard for entertaining with new patio area, outdoor shower, grill and NEW FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON is a private swimming pool and awesome covered patio area! No pets.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

It was wonderful we loved the property inside and out. The backyard is the perfect place we loved the pool and landscaping. It turns into a beautiful illuminated feast for the senses the pool lights are amazing!! Seating was plentiful! Had a really great time! Thank you!

The backyard and pool were amazing! Our family enjoyed many nights staying in with all this home had to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location for our kids. We were in walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. The owners were very kind to leave some thoughtful treats and supplies for us. The home was very clean. Thanks for the wonderful stay and memories!

Luisa was a wonderful host. She always responded promptly and made sure any problem was addressed promptly. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The pool was a great feature especially on days when we could not go swimming in the ocean (due to storm activity). Check in at Shore Properties was frustrating as first we were told we had to go to their office to pick up the key. Then 53 minutes before check in we were sent an email (which I did not see as I was driving) to give us the access code. Then we waited at their office only to be told that an email was sent and we did not need to go to their office. Several other couples were also there and did not see the email either.

Very nice property. Could use lamps on bedroom night stands and closets on 3rd floor. Also, keep the racoon away. Lol. My daughter lost her David Yurmaan, wide band braided silver ring. Probably under the bed in the bedroom that leads to the 3rd floor

Fun week

Home was as described. Clean. Comfortable. Ample parking. Wonderful pool and backyard, although more lighting would be good as there wasn’t any pool or outdoor lighting beyond the terrace and it was pretty dark out there. Ice machine in freezer inoperable. Not a huge deal but I would’ve bought ice right off the bat. Wonderful quiet street and neighbors. Good stay. Recommend.

Beautiful Home and an Amazing Stay

The house was perfect and extremely accommodating for our big group - with plenty of space leftover! The location was perfect for those coming in by train, and the boardwalk was a quick 15 minute walk away. Overall, a great place, thank you!

Exceeded All Expectations- Wonderful experience in this lovely home

This is an amazing property that is so well stocked to meet all needs. The property manager/owner, Lusia was attentive, responsive and truly cared that we had a relaxing vacation. The property was extemely clean, and a testament to the deep cleaning they promised. The property is in excellent condition, from the first floor to the third floor , the outside front and back including the shed where anything you needed for outdoor fun was location. Even though it was the end of the season, the bikes and beah chairs, etc were in excellent condition. The house is in a lovely neighhood of Point Pleasant Beach. Thank you for a wonderful week !

A gorgeous home!

This house had everything we needed - lots of space, plenty of seating and beds. We loved the outdoor space and we so thankful that beach passes and bikes were available! The house was bright, fresh and very very clean. We were a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from town. The owner was very responsive. The only issue we had was the house didn't include linens or bedspreads. We ended up renting from Coastal Linen - was very easy. Would definitely recommend this house for a group. Thanks for a gorgeous home and a great stay!!

Amazing stay!

Luisa's property is fantastic and she was available throughout our entire stay if we needed anything. The couches in the living room were great for lounging, we will certainly be back for another stay!

Point Pleasant Beach Family Vacation

We had a nice time at the house this past week. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was great and had all the utensils and pots available to cook for our large family. It was also great to have the beach passes, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for our use. The kids used the bikes and the outdoor games in the backyard. Check-in was easy and Luisa was prompt and helpful with our questions. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. But we also drove a few times and paid for the municipal parking a block from the beach which was convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend the house for a family vacation! Perfect family house

The property was gorgeous. Great proximity to beach, boardwalk, in town shopping Exceptionally clean, plenty of room for movie night/ game night We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard playing games and relaxing by the water pond The large washer was a bonus it was easy to wash all the beach towels in one load The owner was easily accessible for any questions We would definitely rent there again

Ideal NJ Shore Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely Point Pleasant Beach house. The owner, Louisa, was a pleasure to deal with, very informative and responsive to any questions/concerns. The house is immaculate, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a third floor that was great for the kids. It is a very short walk into town for shops, groceries and some restaurants; it is a little longer walk to the boardwalk/beach area, but manageable. The use of bikes, coolers, beach chairs and badges are the special extras that make for a perfect vacation. We thank the owners for allowing us to share their home and so will you! We highly recommend this house and hosts for a pleasant vacation down at the shore.

Great stay!

My family and I rented Luisa’s house last weekend. It was exactly as pictured. The house has a great layout, was very clean, and tastefully decorated. This is a fantastic rental. Walk to town is so easy. It’s not as close to the beach, but not too far either. Loved the bikes and the Adirondack chairs. The kids loved the top floor and the recliners in the family room were awesome. Luisa was a pleasure to communicate with and couldn’t have been more flexible. I highly recommend this rental.

NJ Beach Stay

The property was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for my extended family. We were able to walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a big hit with the adults as well as the kids!Thank you Luisa.

Beautiful and spacious home

House was exactly like it was pictured in the listing and was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Owner provided us with all important information before we arrived, and was easy to communicate with during our stay. Location was great...close to beach and to grocery store. We took several walks to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing!!!

This house was awesome! We were so sad to leave. It had such a homey feel and with a full house everyone had their own space. We could walk to the beach and town, it was just perfect! One of our best vacations!!

Has everything you need; beautiful, clean, and wonderful space!!

This house is lovely. Nicely decorated. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Spacious, clean, plenty of places to enjoy from the front porch, open living space, nice dinning space, good size bedrooms with good beds, nice bathrooms and outside shower, and the back yard was a good place to spend time as well. We had a great time !
