This 4BR + 2BA home boasts a modern kitchen, hardwood floors, enclosed wraparound front porch and private outdoor living and dining space. Garage lounge features extra living space and a ping pong table - perfect for indoor/outdoor hangouts, sandy feet and all.

Just 1.5 blocks from Point Pleasant Beach’s beautiful beaches and sprawling boardwalk. Rides, games, food, beach and entertainment are only a 2-4 minute walk away (1.5 short blocks) - no need to drive around looking for parking!

After a long day soaking up the sun and fun, the heart of downtown Point Pleasant Beach is an easy 15 minute walk away (or 3 minute drive). May we suggest grabbing a locally brewed beer at Last Wave Brewing Co with a pizza from Rosie's or a burger from Bam Bam, or enjoying a nice sit down dinner at B2 Bistro. And in the morning, a bagel and coffee from Beach Bagel never fails. PPB's downtown also has a large Stop and Shop, boutique shopping, antiquing and many other attractions worthy of a well-spent afternoon.

Great Pt Pleasant Getaway

We had a great stay. The house is as described and incredibly clean. There was plenty of room for my family. The check in process was seamless. The best location on Point Pleasant.

Great Beach House!

The house was in a prime location and had everything you needed to enjoy an amazing beach vacation. Scott and Casey were very attentive and great to work with. I would definitely rent again!

A great location, a great house

A house with everything you need for a great vacation. We had access to a lot of items and it were all of top quality. The communication with the owners was just perfect. We discover a beach area we definitly come back to.

Our week long stay included 6 adults and 2 small children. This home was perfect for all. Especially liked the backyard and garage that was converted to a comfortable lounge with a ping pong table, large screen Tv and couch and chairs.

Amazing beach house

We loved everything about this beach house. The house itself was spacious and clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - on a quiet street, but a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Hoffmanns! The backyard, garage, outdoor shower and bbq were perfect for our family and we loved letting our kids run around. We especially loved the fire pit for the cool shore evenings. Scott and Casey took care of every detail from the full kitchen with every appliance you need to cook for the week, the beach badges/chairs/umbrellas/towels/etc, the toys and games to entertain our kids. They were super responsive and made check-in/check-out easy, and even helped us with an unexpected need during the week. If you are considering a week at the Jersey shore with family, definitely stay here!

Stress free vacation stay

This house had everything a vacationer would want. House is roomy and comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beautiful outdoor space. One and half blocked for easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Off street parking (a big plus). Owners are quick to respond and communicative. All this created a fun and stress free vacation.

Excellent experience!!!

Scott and Casey went above and beyond to help us have an amazing last minute family vacation. Everything was perfect! The house was amazing and the kids loved the outdoor garage converted to a lounge. We loved it too cause they could go out there and leave the adults to have some quiet time. An overall excellent experience all around.

What a great beach week stay

Our crew really enjoyed Scott & Casey’s beach home. The outdoor options were our favorite part. We really enjoyed the propane fire pit in the evenings and the finished off garage was perfect for adult and/or kid hangs when we weren’t at the beach. Scott was very responsive to any questions I had and even let us come snag the beach passes while they cleaned between guests since we arrived early in PPB. The location is awesome and we spent every day between the jenkinsons boardwalk and our neighboring second house that we come with every year. Will definitely stay here again!

Jersey shore family vacation

House is in a great location! Short walk to the beach and far enough away from jenkinson’s that the noise and crowds weren’t an issue. Only con is the single and very small bathroom upstairs. Wasn’t a major issue, as there was another full bathroom on main floor and great outdoor shower. The backyard with fire pit and corn hole was great! The garage with ping pong and TV was also really fun!

Labor Day Beach Vacation

Love this house and location. We were able to access the beach and boardwalk with ease. Hosts Casey and Scott were awesome and they made sure our stay was fantastic. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect Set-Up

An ideal beach house — spacious, comfy, clean & well-equipped. Just bring yourself & your bathing suit. First-class hosts Scott & Casey have thought of everything so you can just relax & enjoy the amazing location! A short walk to everything yet still away from it all! The bonus fire pit area & garage lounge were huge hits! Highly recommend!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Jersey Shore has been the place we call home in the summer for generations. My grandparents had a home just down the beach since my mother was little, spending summers jamming 5 kids into a 3 bedroom house for 2 months with zero A/C and loving every minute. My dad owned stands on Jenkinson's boardwalk in college, which is where he first met my mom. My little sister and I would come down to that same A/C-less beach house and squeeze into those 3 bedrooms with all of our cousins, sandy feet and all. We'd go fishing with my grandfather, paint seashells with my grandmother, and stay on the beach until someone rang the dinner bell. Our summers were filled with sea glass, sandcastles and sun-kissed memories. So it's only fitting that we continue the tradition by having our own beach house (don't worry, this one has A/C). We hope your days here are just as memorable as ours, and that you'll come back each summer to make more.
