Spacious inside and out. Two story, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, waterfront home can sleep 12 comfortably. This home is located directly on the water with private stairs to the beach. Step off our decks and you are steps away from the beach. The bay and beach are private to homeowners. There is no public access to the beach unless you own a home on the bay . If you are looking for a quiet family atmosphere this is your retreat. Wrap around decks surround the home with many quaint eating areas. There is also a second story balcony off of the master bedroom via sliding doors to enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets Lake Erie has to offer. Outdoor hot tub ,, outside shower and hammock are just a few of the amenities. The house has central air conditioning and the modern kitchen has every amenity for a chef of any skill level. There is a large Weber gas grill and a large charcoal smoker grill. Beach amenities include paddle board , kayak, boogie boards, life vest, beach chairs and beach towels. The inside is decorated with comfy chairs and sofas . Large screen TV , Wi fi and Cable TV. There is a large kitchen island with 6 counter stools and a dinning room table for indoor eating. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Detached garage via a breezeway has an additional full size refrigerator and ping pong table and basketball net. The house is situated on one and three quarters acre. There are no parking issues.

Family vacay

We had eight adults and four teens/pre-teens and we all fit comfortably. The host was wonderful to work with and it’s a beautiful, quiet spot.

Fantastic week

The rental was perfect for our family, including 6 grandchildren. Melissa was a tremendous host. Lots of space, toys, bikes, beach accessories and fun! Direct access to the beach and great views of the sunset every night made it a great family vacation.

Wonderful week!

Beautiful modern house, well-stocked with everything you need. The view of the lake and cliffs were amazing. We had great sunsets and plenty of room for the kids to play outside. Melissa left us crafts and paints for the kids and a nice cocktail kit for mom and dad. If you want seclusion, this is your spot! Relaxing week, for sure.

Ideal beach vacation

The lake views are incredible, especially the sunsets over Lake Erie. The beach is quiet and right down a set of stairs from the back yard. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out and relax, outside and inside, and was clean and well kept. Melissa was a fantastic host and we hope to come back someday soon.

Lake Erie Fabulous Getaway

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property that has stunning views of the lake. Our experience started with the great communication and flexibility from the property owner including a basket of crafts that the kids really enjoyed. The 7yr old cousins had the best of time riding a power wheels and playing in the sand. And our 10year old had fun shooting hoops, throwing a football, and boogie boarding in the water. And all the adults enjoyed a gorgeous sunset and sitting by the fire chatting about the good old days, or relaxing in the hammock. These will be forever memories and we are so thankful.

Wonderful place

Melissa was very wonderful. It was a very comfortable place. Clean and well stocked with all the amenities of home. Lots of land for the kids to run and play. Lots to do. Lake was so pretty nice sunset view.

Wonderful house

We had a fantastic week at the house and Melissa was such an incredible host. She had a basket of crafts for our girls to do and a lovely gift basket for us. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our family as well as some family that spent some time with us. There was plenty to do, even on a rainy day. Sand toys for the kids including a tent, chairs, and umbrella for the beach. It was well appointed with everything needed for our family of five and ability to entertain. My husband was able to work from the deck thanks to stable, high speed internet. Watching the sunset from the hot tub followed by the light show from the lighting bugs was incredible. We’ll likely return next summer if the house is available.

Lovely Lake Home

Large lovely family home on beautiful property. Melissa is a delight to work with - outstanding host! Met us upon arrival to give us a tour and all the need to know information to make us feel right at home. She even had a welcome basket with her own delicious vinegrettes, top notch greens and homemade Lemoncello, beautifully bottled and sealed. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home and we were able to indulge in multiple feasts with ease, while congregating around the massive island with stunning views to the water. Speaking of entertaining space, the decks literally surround the entire home with multiple areas to sit and soak in this outstanding property. We were blessed to have eagles soaring around us on several occasions- quite a majestic sight to behold! Although it is a large home and property, it felt very comfortable - you can tell this is a much loved and treasured family home and we were honored to have the opportunity to spend a glorious week here. We would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you Melissa for sharing with us!

I bought this home when my children were babies. As they have grown we have spent less and less time in this fabulous home. Everyone busy with sports and jobs. This is why i decided to VRBO it for a few weeks out of the summer. It"s just too fabulous not to share it.
