Our gorgeous condo is located in Seagrove Beach in the heart of 30A, between Seaside and Rosemary. We are tucked away off the beaten path for a sense of seclusion yet right in the middle of everything 30A has to offer. We are minutes away from some of the best casual and fine dining restaurants available on 30A. Family member flying in to join you? No problem, we are 25 minutes away from the International Panama City Airport. We are 20 minutes from Panama City's well known Pier Park to the East and 30 minutes to Destin to the West, which offers some of the best family entertainment, shopping and dining the Panhandle has to offer.

This is our family vacation home that sleeps 6 people comfortably offering a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath open floor plan with complimentary WiFi. Keyless entry with your own unique code adds safety and security to your stay. Master bedroom with gulf views has a king size bed with flat screen cable TV, usb bedside lamps, remodeled tile shower and bathroom with barn door and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen cable tv and usb outlet. Third bedroom has a queen bed, vanity area and flat screen cable TV along with a usb outlet. We also have a Pack n Play available for your convenience (linens not provided). Large spacious living room with plush furniture comfortably seating 6, 60 inch Roku smart TV and fully stocked kitchen with separate pantry along with dining table seating 6 and additional bar seating. Kid friendly plates, bowls, cups and utensils are available for your little ones. Our home has top of the line flooring and premium appliances. There is a separate laundry room with high efficiency LG washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. We have a large deck that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom both with Gulf views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. This is a second floor beach end unit which offers easy access to the beach. Beach items, including several chairs, an umbrella and wagon are available for your use.

Eastern Lake public beach access is an easy 3 to 4 minute stroll with no streets to cross or steps to climb which makes this perfect for families with small children. This fantastic beach access has over 3 acres of beach area and sits within almost 6 acres of public land providing plenty of room and recreational options. The Eastern Lake access borders over 425 feet of Eastern Lake and over 450 feet of the Gulf providing plenty of water choices for adults and children alike. Complimentary golf cart concierge service to this access is offered from May 15 to September 14. Our complex offers two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the off season, shuffle board, corn hole, grills, and lighted tennis courts. Wrist bands are required for access to the swimming pools and tennis courts which assures only guests and owners usage. We have a club house available to rent for special occasions or large gatherings.

There are many local activities for a variety of interests. This is a bike and golf cart friendly community with rentals available that will also deliver. A variety of sport fishing both salt and fresh water are available and some of the finest golf courses in the southeast. If nature is what you are craving, enjoy the day at Deer Lake State Park (only two miles away) taking advantage of fishing, walking the boardwalk across the dunes to the Gulf and exploring everything nature has to offer.

We have raised our six children vacationing at this beach for the last 30 years and it has always been our dream to have a place on 30A by the water to enjoy with our family. 2. No Pets or Service Animals (due to allergic reactions of owners or future guests)
3. Must be at least 25 years old to book but will make considerations on a case by case basis. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted to occupy the rental without someone over the age of 25 present during the duration of your stay. No more than 6 people allowed to occupy rental.
4. You will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the rental or furnishings during your stay.
5. Two parking spaces available (strictly enforced). Golf cart is considered one of the two spaces.
