When everyone returns from their own kind of fun, gathering back at home base for a homecooked meal will be a great way to end each day on a good note. Not to mention, the wet bar, flatscreen TV, and This property strictly prohibited smoking. in the living area will be the perfect combination for movie nights with the family!

There is no place like Destin. No matter who you bring along on this vacation, they will be sure to find something that is right up their alley. Endless days on warm sand are obviously a huge draw fro this area, yet there is far more to do than taking a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. Head into town and you will find ample restaurants and shop within a few minutes of home. Plus, if the kiddos have come along, amusement awaits at both The Track - Destin and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park both within walking distance!

Things to Know
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
