A Slice of The Gulf Life

This beachfront condo is right next to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. These condos are the closest walk to the Navarre beach restaurants, parks & boat ramp you can get! There are 3 pools and hottubs to choose from, as well as the only building with a store. The store has smoothies, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, beach/pool toys as well as basic grocery items. Let us know how we can make your vacation better!

Everything was wonderful and relaxing. Stovetop stopped working the first night there and Brandon had it replaced the next day. Stuff happens and he was great about it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Vacation

This is the nicest, cleanest property we’ve stayed in at Summerwind. The management is top notch and has the best communication of anyone we’ve worked with in all our years vacationing here. Look forward to staying here again next year!

Our family vacation at this beautiful beach front condominium was perfection. From easy entry door to the beautiful view of the beach and water. Everything we needed for meals was in the fully stocked kitchen. Clean comfortable beds and fresh towels in the bathrooms. We had a tiny maintenance issue; Brandon was there in 20-30 minutes to resolve the problem (we locked ourselves out of a bedroom). We needed to buy beach toys for our 2 year old granddaughter but no need; there is a closet full of beach toys. Again this is the perfect condo for our family of 6. Will definitely plan another stay.

Spring break

We had a relaxing week and lots of family time with our kids. We have stayed at other units in this condo before but this was the nicest one of all our stays! It’s was spacious, clean and nicely designed. The beach chairs were a great surprise! I had the best time reading by the water. We had no issues with our stay and would stay again!

Great Condo!

We loved our week long stay in this condo, the unit was clean and loved that every bed has white sheets! Location was great and the view for the 4th fireworks was amazing from the balcony since they were shot from the end of the pier. This is a great location and building to stay in if you have a family.

Simply THE best!

This rental was absolutely perfect!!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, optimal location and incredible views! This property was one of the best rentals we have had in over 20 years of vacation rentals in the Florida panhandle. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

we had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach. Our VRBO was spectacular. They had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrella to all kitchen utensils. They master shower is amazing and the views from the balcony as well. It is very spacious and we would definitely return.

Great Location, Beautiful views

Unbeatable location; convenient to everything. Sits right on the beach and provides great views of both the beach and the pier. Walking distance to restaurants, sea turtle conservation center and convenience store. The condo is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Great time for friends and family. Great host!

Great Navarre Vacation Rental!

My family of four loved this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Very clean, great beach decor, very comfortable beds, 3rd floor unit has great view of beach and pier. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night listening to the waves. Lots of little details make this condo a great choice for any family!

May vacation

The condo was very nicely decorated and newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable we had everything we needed! The only downside for the week we were there it was windy all week double red flags we couldn’t swim sadly which defeats the purpose of going to the beach but we made the best of our stay!

We absolutely fell in love with Navarre Beach! We have the beauty of the same beaches as Destin area plus the sound! The sound adds a whole other element of things to do, the sound is where you paddleboard, boat, kayak etc. It is like a big long lake! This Condo is located within walking distance of all the island attractions. Come see why Navarre Beach is Florida's best kept secret!
