"Welcome to Arthur's Place, located in the heart of Baton Rouge a stunning retreat nestled on 4.5 acres in the picturesque landscape of Baton Rouge. Conveniently located just minutes from Interstate I-10, you'll find yourself 2.7 miles from the Mall of Louisiana and 5.4 miles from Blue Bayou Water Park. The property is also 9.4 miles from LSU, 10.3 miles from downtown Baton Rouge, and 17 miles from Southern University A & M. Additionally, you'll discover a diverse selection of restaurants in the area, all within a short 15-minute drive.

Although this house is nearly 55 years old and runs off of well water, we have taken the liberty of installing a whole house filtration system from Leaf Home water solutions. This charming home features five spacious bedrooms, each furnished with full beds to comfortably accommodate your group. The property includes two bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer, and walk-in showers for your convenience. Unwind in the cozy living room or enjoy the serene surroundings from the inviting backyard.

Top notch amenities and very clean!

This was a great property to see an LSU game with friends aging from 30s to 70s. We were shocked to see the vast array of amenities in the kitchen, fridge, and restrooms. Property was very clean and host was wonderful!

Nice quiet Neiborhood on a dead end street with plenty of room for the group to park our Motorcycles and enclosed trailers. 2nd year we stayed and looking forward to next year!!!!

The home was very clean, and the location was perfect. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

The host was amazing, very friendly, and accommodating. Since my checking was late, he left lights on for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If I ever need to rent a space for a large group again in Baton Rouge I would definitely rent the space again. I will also recomend to others.

Great "Country location" in the City

Property was exactly as described. Everything was as advertised. House is on 3 to 4 acres and is a little piece of LA heaven. Coffee in the morning and grilling in the evening. LSU stadium was only 25 minutes and plenty of restaurants within 2 miles. Will be the go to spot when the gang goes to our next game.

Great for lots of bedrooms

A very nice property with lots of bedrooms and well kept spaces. The ratio of living space to bedrooms is a little low, but we had a group of 13 and made it work nicely. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great rental, would definitely stay there again!

I rented this home for my Insurance Adjusters deploying to LA to handle Hurricane Laura claims. As a business owner, it was important that I was sending my employees to clean comfortable accommodations. The feedback from my Adjusters confirmed the home was well stocked and very clean. There were plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies and for my guys, comfortable beds. Most important to me, the Homeowner was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure my Adjusters had everything they would need during their stay. I would definitely book this home again.

Exceptional experience

We evacuated to Baton Rouge due to hurricane Laura and had very bad experiences with hotels in the area. We were about to sleep in our vehicles when we came across this house. It seemed too good to be true. There is a gravel road that leads to the house with construction, but it was not bothersome to us. The house was like a little “slice of heaven” that we so needed. The yard is large and spacious, the house easily accommodated our group of 11, including 2 small children. Kelvin was beyond amazing to us and was very compassionate about what we were going through. We had an issue with one of the tv’s in the bedroom and Kelvin was so adamant about getting it fixed. The cable company was immediately at our location, Kelvin even bought a new tv and brought us dinner for the night, along with an amazing cake! We just couldn’t get over the hospitality and kindness. He even went as far as stocking the kitchen with water, popcorn, coffee and the bathrooms with toothbrushes and toothpaste (even for the kids), hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, etc. kelvin even made sure the washer and dryer was fully operable prior to our arrival. This house and kelvin were such a blessing to our family, we truly can’t thank him enough for all that he did. God bless him and we look forward to staying at one of his locations again in the future!
