Modern Cottage with Private Pond, Spa and Views

Welcome to the most peaceful and tranquil place in the world. Our beautiful home is situated on 3 acres of private land with a private pond and incredible views of the mountains. Escape your life and stressors, and come stay in the fresh air where all you will hear are birds chirping - no sirens, cars or people.

The cottage is a newly renovated and fully remodeled old hunting cabin. Relax in the hot tub, or go for a swim in the pond. Our property is the perfect vacation getaway.

Our home is newly renovated and remodeled. We have furnished and set up the home so that it is everything you could need and want to relax, cook, and take in stunning views.

Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses and crisp white linens. Window units for air conditioning are also available, however the nights do get chilly and they are rarely needed.

Our home is fully stocked with anything you could need to enjoy your stay in the catskills. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen has lots of counter space, and is fully furnished with dinnerware, kitchen appliances and a gas range. We provide nespresso pods for your morning coffee :)

We provide all the sheets and towels you will need (including pool towels), as well as shampoo conditioner and body wash. Additional toilet paper and paper towels are stored in the bathroom closet.

The outside deck is furnished with a 6 seater dining table, outdoor couches, bbq, umbrella and hot tub. On the grass you can enjoy laying out on sun loungers, or under the umbrella as you take in the views from the Adirondack chairs. Connect to Bluetooth speakers both inside and outside to set the vibe for your day :) Feel free to also use google home indoors to play music and turn on the fairy lights outside.

Light a fire and take in the views as you cook in our outdoor fire pit grill, or roast marshmallows an nosh on s'mores.

Our living room is cozy and comfortable to lounge and play games (stored in the media cabinet) or watch tv. TV includes access to netflix, hulu, sling, and amazon prime. Washer and dryer are in the mudroom for your use.
