The Catskills Retreat is a spacious, converted 2 bedroom, 1 bath barn built in 1900 with its own private creek and 3 acre backyard with firepit, hammock, and BBQ.

The property is in a convenient location, 12 min from Bellayre Mountain, 10 min from the cute towns of Margaretville, Arkville, Fleischmanns & Roxbury, 5 min from Pakatakan Farmers Market, and close to hiking, golf, fishing, kayaking, & more! It’s been thoughtfully designed with a ton of charm, character, and coziness. This is a place for city-dwellers to reset, reflect, and relax. Designed to maximize coziness, my hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay—from having your cup of coffee while taking in the sounds of the babbling creek to BBQing on the deck to relaxing in the evening by the wood-burning stove.
