If it's time to escape to the mountains, come to Lead and stay in this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, offering both comfort and convenience. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably, perfect for couples, families with children or business travelers.

The space
Our lovely 900 square foot condo features two large bedrooms each with walk in closet, queen sized bed, mirror, dresser and 4k TV. We also have a foldout twin bed and a queen air mattress available.

The living room has a full sized couch and love seat to allow your family the space to relax and a 4k TV for your entertainment. All TVs have built in FireTV with apps for your favorite streaming services. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and HBO are waiting for you to log in. Local and cable channels available in the living room using YouTube TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, Keurig machine, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, pots and pans, baking dishes, blender, toaster, and storage containers. We've stocked necessities like dish washing soap/detergent, cooking oil and spices, and enough complimentary coffee and hot chocolate K cups to get your stay started.

In the bathroom, we provide hand soap, towels, make up wipes, hair dryer, toilet paper and tissue paper.

Throughout the condo, you can access secure, hi speed, wireless internet to support your entertainment or business needs.

We also have a pack-n-play, height chair seat and kids plates, plastic ware and cups to use if you are traveling with infants or toddlers. The height chair seat can be attached to the bar stools to help with feeding time.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the condo during their stay.

There are coin operated laundry machines just down the hall...complementary detergent can be found in the entry closet.

Other things to note
The condo features an electronic lock so you'll receive a code that provides access for the length of your stay.

We have one dedicated parking spot for our guests. There is a public parking ramp just down the block from our complex should additional off street space be needed.

The condo is on the second floor, but it is accessible by both stairs and a walking ramp. The base of the ramp is directly in front of the parking space.

Smoking is permitted outside on the covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use.
