Relax with family or friends at this peaceful retreat for the perfect Black Hills vacation experience in this cozy Condo! Our home is fully-furnished and just a short drive away from some of the best the Black Hills has to offer! An array of outdoor adventures is at your fingertips as well as Spearfish Canyon, Sturgis, and Deadwood. Enjoy our clean, updated condo with luxurious amenities as you immerse yourself in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota!
Location Highlights:
- 10 minutes to Historic Deadwood casinos & nightlife
- 10 minutes to Terry Peak Ski Area
- 20 minutes to scenic Spearfish Canyon
- 25 minutes to both Sturgis and Spearfish
- Under 1 hour to Rapid City & Mount Rushmore

Welcome to our getaway in the charming mountain town of Lead. With it’s prime location and serene setting, it’s the ideal northern Black Hills retreat for families, couples, and adventure-seekers!
The Space:
Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom includes a walk-through closet to the bathroom for added convenience. The walk-through closet has a dresser for clothes storage and a Pack-n-Play for the little ones. The second bedroom includes a large walk-in closet that has a single bed in it for extra sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms have ROKU smart TVs for guests to enjoy while staying.
The living area includes a couch and love-seat, a ROKU smart TV, and electric fireplace entertainment center. In the kitchen, you will find a fully stocked coffee bar along with other essentials you may need to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked meal.
Our Condo is located on the first floor. Easiest access is from the West end of the property, which is nearest the Prospect Ave entrance.
For those traveling with trailers, please be aware that trailer parking is not allowed on the property, on City Streets, or in City Parking lots. Caledonia Condos have permission to park vehicles with trailers up the street at DakotaMart. Leave a note on your dash that you are staying at Caledonia Condos.
Guests will have access to one dedicated parking space, numbered with our unit number (105). It is located on the West side of the building just above the Prospect Ave approach.
Prior to your stay you will receive a six-digit code to unlock the electronic door lock for convenience (keyless entry).
Message through the app for best contact during your stay.
There is a coin-operated laundry on each floor of the building. The main floor laundry is just across the hall from our unit. It is $1.50 for each load to wash or dry. There is a grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, and 2 convenience stores within walking distance.
Please note that smoking is NOT allowed inside our condo or inside the building.
