Make the most of your time away in this gorgeous condo located just outside the heart of Whistler Village. Sporting three spacious bedrooms, two balconies, and an open layout throughout, this home is ideal for a family getaway for up to eight guests. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea each morning while looking out to the expanse of trees and mountainous landscapes just outside your door. After breathing in some cool air, head back inside and whip up a hearty breakfast for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen to fuel up for a day of activities. Head out early for a day on fresh powder in the winter months, or spend an afternoon by the shared pool in the summer. No matter what time of year, it is always a good idea to soak in the hot tub and watch the last light of day dip below the trees before heading back to home base to doze off while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV.

Sitting just beside the Village, each guest will have no problem finding great ways to spend their vacation days here in Whistler. Whether it be taking the gondola and hitting the slopes from the crack of dawn till dusk, shopping around in local boutiques, or hiking in the surrounding forestry, the options are limitless. Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain are the two main areas to get your fill of snowsports and in the summer months, these same mountains offer expansive trails for hiking and biking. For the golfers of the group, Whistler Golf Club, an Arnold Palmer-designed course, is a few minutes down the road featuring tough greens and mountain views! If you don't feel like cooking, try a few of the local restaurants and enjoy a cold beverage on the patio.

family vacation

We LOVED the location as you are basically right in town and minutes from the Olympic park. The grounds are VERY well maintained as is the pool, etc. The condo itself was fine. We had a few minor issues but nothing that impacted our time there.

Avoid this unit if you can.

The location and proximity to the village is the only redeeming quality of this unit. One can tell from the photos that this is not a luxury property, but I did expect everything to work and be clean, neither of which was true. This unit features broken furniture, a lack of basic kitchen supplies like pans and cups, an inadequate hot water heater, a ridiculously low-capacity washing machine, dingy beat-up appliances, dirty cabinetry, bathroom and bedroom doors without locks, a fireplace that works intermittently, a heater vent behind the coat rack that damaged our equipment, missing/broken trim, front key-code that seemingly changes at random, and other unpleasantries. This property is just way past due on basic maintenance and in need of a remodel. If you need a roof over your head and nothing more, or if there are no other available properties in Whistler, then go for it. Otherwise, best to look for another option.

Good location but needs a refresh

This place has potential as the size is good and the location is very convenient. They only give you one key fob which is needed for the bike cage, the pool, turning on the hot tub and to get in and out of the parking garage. Makes it challenging when it’s a 3 bedroom and not everyone in your party wants to hang out together all vacation. It was nice that the unit is opened with a numeric keypad and so no worry about keys for that. Too bad the rest of the complex didn’t have different technology besides the key fob. The unit itself is in need of some maintenance and a refresh. There is a broken chair in the kitchen. A water leak above the fridge. The bath tub fills when showering and drains super slow. And the beds are super squeaky and not very comfy. The kids thought the bunk bed was going to fall down as it was so squeaky.

Good stay but not the best

Location is fairly good, few steps away from the village and not too far from the Whistler Gondola. Bus stop is just across the property. Bedrooms were exactly as it was described, our kids had fun sleeping on a bunk bed, adults stayed in the other bedrooms. Couch in the living room was nice and big (but just used to lounge). Things we loved: Lots of towels for us to use, swimming pool and hot tub was close and very nice for us to use every night with our kids. Room for an improvement: Kitchen supplies were lacking. We always choose properties with kitchen and this place was by far most unequipped place. No cutting board, no baking pan, only one small size frying pan, not enough cutlery, 2 packs of coffee only (we stayed 3 nights). Hood on the range is falling apart, shower pressure was mediocre but functional. Lighting in the kitchen and one of the bathroom wasn’t working. We’ve stayed at few different places in Whistler over the years and this place was the most inconvenient place for 2 families to stay. It only allowed 1 parking, even when we were willing to pay for another one, it was not available. Most of over night parkings around are hotel guests only and some public parkings are not guaranteed (often full) so be aware. When I was booking, I was told that there will be some street parkings available but this is not true. Overall, I would give 3.5 for this place. Service from Vacasa was super.

Weekend away

8 of us spent a weekend away in this townhouse. The place was a little dated and there was a little smaller than expected but served the purpose. They have a nice pool and hot tub. It is centrally located as well.

Perfect weekend break

Sunpath is perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the main village. It was hot so the pool provided some welcome relief. The grandkids had a lot of fun. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Everything worked out just fine. We will definitely do this again.

Amazing location

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the check-in procedure. They ask you to go to the Aspens hotel which is 10 minutes by taxi and costs around $12.50 each way. There is another Vacasa property literally next door, so for checkout we left the keys there as instructed by the check-in lady when I complained. As for the property the location is amazing. 10 minute walk to the lifts walking through village with lots of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and licour stores are 5 min walks. We didn't need a car the entire week except for the check-in. Would definitely book again.

Overall good experience

Love the capacity, but for a 9person home only have two bathrooms is definitely not enough. Also this unit is right next to a long term home, so if you plan to have a party keep it before 10pm, otherwise you will see the nasty aggressive sea to sky security grad, definitely don’t want that on your vacation, but if you are a group of classy and quiet people, the price and the space is definitely the best in Whistler. Vacasa management is definitely a good host, our fire place didn’t work they send someone right away, we got a noise complaint and after few phone calls the manager decided to help us out. Key to enjoy this place with your family or friends is to keep it quiet.

Family vacation

We stayed here with five teenage boys and loved the space of this home and the location was great. Only drawback was it was at the back of complex and didn’t get any sun also was a bit older and not 100%clean.

Disappointed

Place was nothing like the picture. Advertisers it slept 9... was very disappointed to see it was a 3 bedroom and only 3 beds. Couch sleeping snd 2 in a double bed should not be sleeps 9. If we would have known would never of picked this property. Pool was advertised open till 10pm but closed at 8 o’clock every night. House was dirty, nose trips left taped to head board from previous guest. Arrived and only 4 towels in the property.
