Have you ever wanted to check out "THE VILLAGES LIFESTYLE"? Grab a flight and have a shuttle drop you off at the front door. This clean and updated house is located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Just a golf cart ride away from shopping, dining, golfing, swimming pools, pickleball, entertainment and so MUCH more.

Basic Cable is in the living room and Firesticks are on all three TVs (living room, master and guest bedroom).

Pets - $100 (please give a description of the pet at the time of booking.)
Excess laundry - $30
For stays longer than two months - $50 for deep clean.

Golf Weekend

Great house clean, lots of space, close to restaurants perfect for what we needed. Having golf cart saved on rental. Definitely recommend staying here if your going to the Villages.

Home away from home

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is minutes away to 2 town squares, pools, recreation centers, restaurants, etc. The golf cart provided made it easy and fun to get around. Niki was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

The property is just as advertised. Niki was a great host who was readily available for our short notice trip. You have everything you need in this home. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our Stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very close to where my mom lives which made it easy to pick her up and bring her back home. The house is cute and well stocked. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a pass for the Village’s gates, but wasn’t really necessary. I would definitely stay there again.

Warm & Inviting

I'm new to Vrbo so I was anxious and did not know what to expect. I was so happy when we pulled into the driveway. Such an adorable home! The interior of the home was spotless and clean. The furnishings were pretty and very comfortable. The Owner of the home welcomed us and was available if we had any issues at all. We absolutely did not! My husband and I will definitely book again in the immediate future!

Golf cart had dry rotted mirrors, and one broke off while the neighbors were spying on you the whole

Nothing short of awesome!

This was our second stay in the villages and our first stay at this property. We liked the location, but needed another place. This rental was a home run. It was very clean, roomy for us 4 girls. Niki’s communication was quick and very friendly. I’m not one to write reviews, however all the girls that stayed here kept raving about the home. She had beach towels, a Keurig coffee pot, comfy linens, blankets, a golf cart… what more could you need for a Villages Pickleball outing. If your thinking about booking, do it, you will be happy you did.

Great Dog Friendly home between Sumter and Spanish Springs

We had a nice stay at this property. Nicki was lightning fast in her communication and helpful with local services. The home was as advertised with quick access to the two town centers. Older part of the Villages with mature landscaping.

Great Getaway!

Wonderful stay!

GREAT STAY

House is in a nice location, almost equal distance between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Home layout was nice with the master on one side and other two on the other with a door that closes it off. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook at home. Golf cart was nice. Owner was easy to get in touch with. We have rented a half dozen places in the villages, this was our favorite.

Nice place

Nice place. Nice stay. I was a little disappointed to be charged $90 after the fact for a plumber for a "clogged toilet." I was initially told the bathroom was "flooded." I personally checked every room before we left and things were fine. As I communicated with the owner the so-called "flooded" bathroom morphed into just a "clogged toilet". Even if that was the case, the cleaning lady (whose $120 fee was already built into the reservation) should have been able to unclog a toilet. It felt like skimming a little extra. Other than that, I was satisfied with the place.
