Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed with peaceful lake views, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer comfortable full-size beds, ideal for family or friends. Every bedroom offers scenic views of the water and the surrounding trees, ensuring that every guest enjoys a restful stay.
Spacious Living Areas – Perfect for Gathering
-------------------------------------------------------------
The living room is the heart of the house, featuring sliding doors that offer panoramic lake views. With an open floor plan, it’s the ideal space for family time, game nights, or cozying up by the 100 year-old stone fireplace fire. The adjacent porch room is perfect for enjoying fresh air without worrying about the weather, while the expansive house deck and lakeside deck are the ultimate outdoor spaces for sunbathing, dining, or evening glasses of wine:)
Bathrooms – Spa-Like Comfort

Seasonal Activities: Year-Round Adventure and Relaxation
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the best aspects of staying at Sebago Lake is how it transforms with the seasons. Whether you're visiting in the warm summer months or during a snowy winter, there are plenty of activities to enjoy.
Fall – A Stunning Escape
---------------------------------
Autumn at Sebago Lake is spectacular, with vibrant foliage painting the landscape in reds, oranges, and yellows. Explore local hiking trails just 15 minutes away, where you’ll find breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding forests. Apple picking is also a fall favorite, and local orchards are just a short drive from the property. After a day outdoors, come home to a cozy fire and enjoy a peaceful evening with your family or friends.
Winter – A Snowy Wonderland
------------------------------------------
When winter arrives, Sebago Lake offers a range of activities for cold-weather enthusiasts. Set up for ice fishing right in your backyard on Kettle Cove, or head to Shawnee Peak for skiing and snowboarding just 25 minutes away. Snow tubing at Seacoast Adventure, 10 minutes away, and snowmobiling on nearby trails are also popular winter activities. After a day in the snow, warm up by the fire and enjoy a cozy night indoors.
Spring – Nature Reawakens
-------------------------------------
Spring at Sebago Lake is a time of renewal, as the ice melts and the forests come alive. It’s a great season for birdwatching and nature walks. Launch your boat from the private deep-water dock and explore the peaceful lake, or cast a line and enjoy some early-season fishing.
Summer – The Ultimate Lakeside Vacation
----------------------------------------------------------
Summer is all about outdoor fun at Sebago Lake. Swim in the crystal-clear waters, sunbathe on the dock, or take your boat out for water skiing or fishing. The large lakeside deck is perfect for evening barbecues, and as the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for a bonfire under the stars. Our neighbor and friend Heather at Kettle Cove Marina will happily rent you a boat which you can dock at the property's deep-water dock for the length of your stay:)

Acerca de su propietario/a
Propietario/a: Kurt Jordan
I grew up in New York, but I feel like a true Mainer at heart. Every chance I get, I’m up at our lakefront house in Maine with my wife, family, and friends. We plan to retire there in a few years, but for now, I find a lot of joy in hosting VRBO guests. It’s rewarding to make them feel special and heard. For me, communication is key, and I put a lot of effort into making sure they have a memorable stay. Creating that welcoming, personal touch is one of the most satisfying parts of being a VRBO host.
