Un acogedor refugio en el lago Sebago con un amplio espacio para usted y sus invitados.

Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 1 baño y 100 pies de costa privada con mucho espacio tanto dentro como fuera. Hay un gran porche cubierto / protegido con vistas despejadas del lago. Un conjunto de escaleras conduce desde el porche al patio de abajo.

La casa está completamente amueblada (ropa de cama no incluida) con todo lo que necesitará para su estadía. Dos habitaciones separadas con camas queen y un amplio armario en la planta baja, una habitación con dos camas dobles en la planta superior. La cocina está totalmente equipada. parrilla de gas, parrilla de carbón y cocina afuera.

Family Boat Vacation

A Wonderful Week

We had a great week. The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space inside and out for my 2 year old grandson to run, swim and play and for the adults to relax. We’ll be back!

My family loved this magical rental. It’s 25 minutes to Windham and felt far enough away to be a camp with the sound of nature including loons. It’s a lovely property ideal for folks who want to enjoy the lake, including fishing and swimming! The sandy beach and the calm water in the cove were ideal for swimming for both children and adults. The house was clean and as pictured. The kitchen and grill allowed us to cook meals. We enjoyed the living room and the large screen porch. Most of the games were for older children but they loved the Narwal floor puzzle! Each bedroom was nicely set up with bedside tables, lamps and linens. One bathroom was enough for the four of us. However, it was tricky for my older father to the climb the stairs to go to the bathroom during the night. That was his only complaint and wouldn’t apply to everyone.

Perfect Lake House!

My family and I had the most amazing stay on Sebago Lake. It surpassed our expectations and we hope to return next year. Matthew was excellent to work with! We loved hearing the loons at night and kayaking all day. The house is very well-maintained and was comfortable for all guests. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and really enjoyed going to Frye Island for lunch and shopping. Such a memorable week!

Perfect Week

We've rented Lake Houses for several yars and this was our favorite. It was our first time at Sebago and it didn't disappoint. The location is amazing...a calm inlet perfect for swimming, canoeing and fishing and then easy access to Jordan Bay and Frye Island, with the Sand Bar and other neat lake attractions a short boat ride away. The house was clean and comfortable with AC and a screened in porch. The owners are easily accessible and make it easy to enjoy your time at the Lake with several useful amenities provided...grill, canoes, life-vests, second fridge, fire pit...etc. Our kids had a great time swimming and fishing off the docks. We rented a boat and the calm inlet made docking easy. We will definitely be back.

Can’t imagine a more peaceful place!

This place is honestly so special. It’s super peaceful…. even with a four year old! It’s our 2nd year back and we are so happy to have found this spot. The peaceful waters of the cove are perfect for our new swimmer. The shower/tub is nice and clean. We had our parents join for a couple of days, so 7 people including our daughter. It felt like enough space for us. The property offers a variety of places with seating/tables to enjoy a meal or snack - on the dock, lower patio, screen porch, inside… all with great views. Thank you to Matt and Amber for continuing to share your home!

Quiet Cove that was great for relaxing and great for kids

Overall our experience was good. Great views and access to lake. Made use of the grill and the fire pit at least twice. Got out a bunch on the canoe that was provided as well as the kayak and paddle board we brought/rented. Inside we could have used a more clear description of the layout of bedrooms and the lone bathroom. We had some older folks in our group and using stairs in the middle of the night for the bathroom was troublesome here or there for them. A box fan here or there would be great to help with some air flow / air circulation.

One of our best vacations :)

Just an amazing spot! Quiet & protected cove, clear water, great yard for lawn games.. would definitely rent again! Though we are local and spend most weekends on the lake via boat, this was the first time renting and it did not disappoint. Weather was perfect, hours spent floating and swimming.. take us back! Couple minor setbacks including the upstairs fridge not working, but another full size in the basement was clutch. Matt was upfront and responsive and had a new fridge delivered. All in all, 10 out of 10 highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Sebago Rental

Property is located in a small and peaceful cove with a sand beach we all appreciated. We enjoyed the light and airiness of the main floor thanks to three sliders leading to the wonderful screened in porch.

Beautiful and relaxing

If you’re considering a week away in Maine, definitely explore this property. The home was perfect for what we needed with the enclosed porch being an added bonus as we were visiting in late September. The quiet cove allowed for us to enjoy peaceful water views and calm waters to adventure out on the paddleboards with our 17-month-old. The owner Matthew was responsive in providing suggestions for local spots to eat, golf, etc. We’ll definitely look into going back again next year!

Excellent!

We had an incredible week enjoying this beautiful house on lake Sebago. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The out side and location are amazing. Our kids (5, 7, and 9) loved the beach, dock and swimming in the cove and we made great us of the screen porch, patio, dock and fire pit. Overall I would highly recommend. We’re hoping to be able to come back next year!

Property was great! Property was located in a quiet cove on Sebago allowing for calm waters and peaceful setting. Property is great with awesome screen porch overlooking the backyard and water views! My family and I had a very relaxing vacation. Matthew was very responsive and great to deal with! Would highly recommend

Perfect Location!

We loved the home which is located in a small cove off of Jordan Bay. The outside has a covered patio on the ground floor. A large grassy lawn and clean sandy beach. The dock has a view to die for, a table and chairs with room for more seating. There is a fire pit and canoe available for use. The ground floor opens to an entryway with a full fridge which was great for overflow beverages. The two queen bed rooms are located here with no a/c. There is a washer and dryer on the ground floor. You must walk through one of the bedrooms to get upstairs when using this entrance. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a/c. Living room has a chair, loveseat, and couch. This room has three sliders opening to the screened in sun porch with a set of stairs to the lakefront. Loved this room! Top floor has one room with a dormer ceiling, two full size beds, and a/c. The owner Matt was great to deal with. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

Vacation by the lake

Beautiful house on a quiet cove of Sebago Lake. Kids loved swimming in the water or taking out the canoe. S'mores around the fire pit and a great view from the screened in porch.

Great home and location!

Perfect home for those with a boat and children of any age. Beach and cove was perfect for the kids. Swimming, kayaking and paddles boards got a ton of use. This our 10th renting homes on Sebago and this home was the best one so far.

Beautiful Lake House

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The beach area is perfect for little ones and the cove is ideal on a big lake like Sebago. We brought our boat and had plenty of water and space at the dock. House was clean and cozy. Screened in porch is super nice. Everything was as described or better. Hope to come again next year.
