Enjoy amazing sunsets on year round family cottage built on and over Lake Winnipesaukee. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. Amazing amount of decks off of every room in the house, ample dock space for boats and many lake activities. Top of line massage chair great after enjoying world class hikes and nature activities with 10 minutes drive. 9 mins to Gunstock Mtn. for skiing and many summer activities and world class foliage just outside your window. Paddle boards, peddle boat, canoe, basketball, ping-pong, fishing, and other activities are available at our house for your enjoyment.

Guys trip

Had a great couple days at the lake house. Ben the property owner made it very easy to communicate and helped to make our trip really easy. Place has everything you need and more. Listing doesn’t show all the Amenities it has but just ask and I bet there’s a good chance it’s already there and available to use. There were so many decks and rooms to hang out and enjoy. Location of this house is one of the best on the lake. We brought two boats and had plenty of room to dock them at the property. Great time and would recommend. Thanks for hosting us

Fantastic Fishing Weekend

I am part of a group of family/friends that takes part in the Winni Derby every year in May. This year we stayed here and it couldn't have worked out better. The location of the camp made it an easy drive or boat ride to the surrounding towns, and it is located in a cove ensuring calm waters. The docks were perfect for the boats, as well as all the available options for entertaining the team of fisherman (dock basketball was a hit). The real star of the weekend was the camp itself. Many of the places on the lake are beautiful, but have no personality. This place is super nice, but has a true camp/lakehouse feel. There was space for everyone and the decks and grilling area overlooking the lake made it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The center of every evening was the large table in the kitchen, where cribbage and fish stories were abundant. Finally, I can't say enough about how helpful Benjamin was in making this a really great weekend or how much we appreciate him sharing his family lakehouse with us.

Perfect Location With All The Toys

Everyone in our party had an amazing experience up at the home. The views are incredible and the location couldn't be any better. There were plenty of activities and toys around the house to keep us entertained all weekend including the great swimming area. Make sure you find some time for the massage chair.

Amazing sunsets, absolute lake playground for kids and active adults alike. Fantastic family house for enjoying the lakes and mountains. minutes drive from world class hikes, great family skiing, and second to none foliage in the fall. Many great restaurants within 10 minutes and various nature adventures await.
